When my mother's basement was flooded he came out and was able to get everything back in order in less than two weeks. He did the electrical so we got the power on. The overall experience was excellent. The price was excellent too. He was punctual, responsive, and professional. I am going to call him to do some work in my house, so I will definitely be using his services again.

He was excellent. He did a very good job. My husband went out there and met with him and actually saw him do the work. We wanted to make sure it was done right because we are selling the house.

We had a great experience with K T Electric. We called them and they came out to look at the job and quoted us a price. We decided to go with them since they quoted us cheaper than another electrician we had look at it by half the price. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We booked a day for them to come and install the vent. They showed up on time and it took them less than 3 hours to install. We paid the price they quoted us and we were very satisfied with their work. We will use them again.

We found them through Angie's list. They were located very close to us. There had been some miss communication on the time that they were supposed to be there. They were done with the work quickly. They did the job lower than the original quote. After the left we noticed that we seemed to be having some issues. The problem stopped and has not happened again.

I looked for the people with the best rating and KT was fairly close. I thought the price was very fair.

I called Ken and received a prompt call back. I had to change the original date because some lighting fixtures I ordered had not yet arrived, but Ken kindly moved our appt. to the next week. We had several different jobs done and all were done well. Ken and his assistant were on time, very courteous, & cleaned up afterwards. Great Job! I would definitely use KT Electric again and refer them to others.

We generally have VERY high standards when it comes to the contractors we work with. That said, we were EXTREMELY satisfied with our experience with KT Electric. In fact, that's probably an understatement. From their responsiveness to the the quality of their work to their speed to their price, Kenny and John hit EVERY mark in EVERY instance. They are friendly and no-nonsense -- they tell you what can be done, how best to do it, how much it'll cost...and then they DO IT! Very refreshing in this world of missed deadlines, under-estimates and expensive add-ons. We would whole-heartedly recommend KT Electric and we will continue to use them from now on. As much as we appreciated their work when Hurricane Irene rolled through and everyone on our street (but us) was out of power for the better part of a week, I'd say we appreciated the way they do business even more than that. And that's saying a lot.

Ken and john were fast, punctual, precise and very affordable. I was impressed most of all on how fast they actually were. I could tell right off the bat they knew what they were doing and talking about. They actually cared about my situation and helped me out alot. I will definately use them again.

Ken Tibbitts called me the day after I emailed him. I told him that the electrical conduit attached to my house had come loose and I feared that the weight of the electrical cables may pull the conduit away from my house. He stated that he would come over the following day and preform the repairs. He arrived on time the next day and tightened the conduit to my house. I was not worried at all that the conduit would pull away from my house even during the recent high winds from Tropical Storm Irene. Ken not only provided very professional service, he also provided peace of mind.

The owner returned my call the same day and set an appointment within a week. He was on time and very quick to diagnose the problem. (it was a loose connection in another subordinate outlet). The repair was completed and he was at my house less than a half hour.

I was having trouble finding an electrician to repair the power outage in the wall between two bedrooms in my home. One of my co-workers suggested that I check out Angie's List. That night I looked into Angie's List. I found a number of electricians and decided to choose one that was close to home and had a number of good references. I called the next morning and left a message, and was called back on the same day! We made the appointment for the following Thursday. KT Electric showed up on time and were really friendly. They resolved the problem very quickly.

KT Electric, came, saw and conquered! :) While here, they also diagnosed what was wrong with my remote innercom (something I could fix) and gave me an estimate on installing a front door motion light. They also went to another property of ours and gave me a great estimate on updating the houses outside electric connection. Two previous estimates would have taken several weeks or months before they would come and would charge almost double what KT will. When asked, he stated he has a particular kind of certification which allows him to do these type of jobs less expensively. He has been in business for over 30 years. Will defiintitly use him again

They figured out the problem, and they fixed it. They charged $75 for a normal service call. I like the fact that they were experienced with that because I had a couple of different people look at that situation. Everybody kept telling me that they could not figure out why it was tripping. KT electric guys have installed a lot of them, so they figured the problem is at the top of the post where the top screw goes into the top point. They checked the fixture out; but they noticed that there is a little mold or something on inside of the light fixture. They fixed it, and it has been fine since then. Like other electricians, they do not charge per hour; but they charge per service call. When they were here, they did few other things as well. They were very professional. I will definitely call them again. They were very good.

Originally gave me a phone estimate of 250 but when he saw the work that needed to be done and what the layout of the basement was bumped off some of the price and ended up costing me a hundred dollars less. They were quick, clean and personable.

They originally quoted $400 but then it ended up being an easier job then they thought it would be so the final price was $350. They came out to look at it a couple of times and they still thought it would be $400, but then when they came out to do the work it was easier than they thought so they knocked $50 off the price. They were on time, professional, did what they said they would do and the work seemed to be clean. The worked pretty quickly.

Ken and Royce were very efficient on an EXTREMELY hot day. They did the job quickly and the work is great. This is not the first time we have used KT Electric, and would recommend them highly!

I thought that both Ken and his colleague knew what they were doing and did the installations without any problems or issues. They were punctual, knowledgeable and performed the work quickly. I also noted that Ken responds to voice mails and returns calls promptly. I ended up adding some additional work when Ken arrived and he took it in stride and charged me a small additional cost. He was fair.

Ken removed the old fixture, filled the hole with insulation and put in a new box over the kitchen table. He was very patient with me while I determined the placement and height above the table. He also installed a dimmer for the light. He asked for a broom and dust pan so he could clean up which wasn't necessary as there was very little mess. A five second sweep with my vacuum was all that was needed. He did a great job and I would indeed hire him again.

called Ken to come to my house to give me an estimate to install a bathroom light fixture. He gave me an estimate over the phone. He came to my house at the designated time. Installed the fixture. Done. Perfect! Thank you Ken!

I pulled Ken's info from Angie's list and was VERY happy with the prompt response I got. First of all I called on a Sunday evening expecting to leave a message but at 8:30 at night he picked up the phone! I was very happy with the estimate day visit as well as the actually work that was done. They were clean, professional, pleasant to deal with, but most of all they got the job done!

I got his name from Angie's list. I called and he returned my call on the same day. Told him what I wanted done and he gave me an estimate on the phone. We purchased the ceiling lights and fan. We made an appointment and he showed up on time. Cut a new hole in the ceiling and assembled the fan and installed it. Repeated the same with the ceiling lights.

Ken returned my call the same day, quickly scheduled an appointment, re-scheduled even sooner when he had a cancellation and showed up on time. I asked him to purchase the new post to be sure it was what he needed. He did so without hesitation. Although this was a small job, I wanted it done by a licensed electrician - His price was competitive based on other estimates I obtained. He installed the replacement without any problems and even took care not to damage the surrounding lawn. He was friendly yet professional, knew what he was doing and completed the job quickly. I would not hesitate to call him again.
