ken was prompt and professional. he also came out to my house a few times as we had an intermittent problem and ultimately solve the issue.

He came promptly and quickly diagnosed the circuit tripping issue. He ended up replacing the 50 amp circuit breaker. We verified the A/C was working without overloading the circuit the condenser was on. I appreciate his efficiency and professionalism.

I really appreciated that, as he was doing stuff, KT Electric Inc. was informing me, educating me through the process, so then I felt like I could make note of things for future reference. He went through and told me all the stuff that was rusted. He replaced stuff that was rusted, just to make sure everything was good to go. We went into the basement and he figured out it was just that the timer wasn't set appropriately, so he adjusted that and showed me how all of that worked. He was really, really good, as far as taking the time to explain it to me and not making me feel ignorant through the process. He didn't make me feel like I was an obstacle. I really felt like I was a good customer. He did really well. I was very impressed.

I called Ken based on the reviews I read here. He arrived at the scheduled time, got the work done quickly and efficiently (replaced a few switches) and was very friendly and personable.

Ken responded to my first message right away. Set up an appointment. Was on time and got the job done. Made sure all worked as it should before leaving the job. Incredibly professional and trustworthy. A third of the price that we were quoted by someone else. ***Highly recommend****

He was very good at communicating, did not object to doing a small job, showed up when he said he would, installed the fixture--which works fine--and cleaned up well. I was nonplussed about the cost, however. The "deal" I bought was advertised as 2 hours of service for $99. He was there and gone in 30 minutes. Probably any other electricain would have charged at least that for that service, but it left a bad taste in my mouth about these "deals" that Angie's List puts forth.

The work was done quick, completely, politely, professionally. Clean up was performed afterwards & we were very satisfied.

Ken arrived, I explained the situation... which outlets/lights were not functioning. He was very thorough in trying to determine what was causing the issue, and he finally tracked it down to a ceiling light fixture and the disconnected wires.

Ken stuck to his estimate and time frame perfectly. They were on the job at exactly the time they said they would be here and finished earlier than scheduled. It was a pleasure to have Ken perform work in our home. He returned phone calls, started and completed the job on the scheduled day. Ken and his assistant are top notch and I would recommend them to any one.

I called this company after finding good reviews here on Angies List. Well, the reviews were correct. This is a number I have placed in the "favorites" of my phone for anything I may need in the future. They answered my call promptly and gave me a date and time. They were there 5 minutes early, ready to go. The task was small, but the electrician took his time and did a thorough job. The price was good, and the job was done perfectly. I'd highly recommend this company to friends and neighbors, and will be using them for all future electrical jobs.

Arrived on time with a helper, got the work done - Very professional, although his helper managed to get a shock, whcih I found somewhat concerning - but..Work was done quickly and efficiently. He was very professional.

I called Ken on Saturday when his business was "closed". His office called me back same day and said that I would hear from Ken later that day or the following day. Ken called me on Sunday and made an appt for the very next morning. Ken was on time, professional, and solved the problem very quickly by isolating the in ground splices and repairing them. We spoke on the phone the following day where Ken explained the problem and the fix in detail.

Ken miscalculated and drilled a hole through my living room floor, without apology. He gave me a $25 credit for the mistake. Poor experience. I would have asked Ken to perform more work, but based on how things were going, didn't bring them up since I felt his workmanship was poor.

I had purchased a $99 special offer through Angie's List. Mr. Tibbits fixed a hall lighting situation involving three switches, and then kindly asked if there was anything else I needed. I said I would like a dimmer switch on the light over the kitchen table, and he installed that for me. I would definitely call him next time I need electrical work.

Due to an unexpected medical appointment I called to cancel the afternoon appointment with KT to install the surge protector. Ken called his other customers that day and was able to rearrange his schedule to install the surge protector in the morning.. He was punctual, courteous and professional.

All items were handled swiftly.
