Ken arrived early. He worked about an hour to complete the installation. He did not require anything from me. He cleaned up well. I am pleased with his work.

Ken was super responsive and coming into a tough situation. He did the job very quickly and was able to get me up and running in no time. He was very professional and neat. Would hire him again in an instant.

We are getting ready to put our house up on the market and I wanted to add an outlet to a bathroom and get a few repairs on others throughout the house. Ken is fantastic. I have used him in the past exclusively throughout our time here (about 9 years) and he is just so good. Finding a good, honest and professional Electrician is like finding gold. KT Electric is so good in that way. He has done so many different things around our house in the past: helped us with a broken pool light connection, added lamps, installed microwaves, done some outside electrical work. Such a good, honest guy. The most recent visit involved the installation of a new outlet (something I thought was going to be difficult ... but he did it easily and in a timely way. His prices are fair and he works quickly and creatively. Ken is always pleasant and accommodating. I can't recommend him enough. I only wish I would run into more contractors like him who are so knowledgeable, honest and kind.

Ken is outstanding. He arrived a few minutes early, got right to work. Tried one fix - it didn't work - immediately went to his next option and fixed the broken light box, and also changed my dimmer switch to a regular switch. He is professional, polite, neat and quick. I would DEFINITELY recommend him!

The job went well. He and an associate arrived on time, did the work quickly and cleanly and left. I was very happy that the light fixture he bought for over the sink without my input (which could have been a bad move on my part) is attractive. I like it a lot and have gotten many compliments on it. The under-cupboard lights are hidden so how they look doesn't matter, but they too are attractive and do just what I wanted: give light so I can see what I'm doing.

I give him high grades. For every single job, you pay separate.

Ken is professional, prompt and personable. He is someone you can trust in every way, esp. to do a safe correct job. He fixed things a previous contractor goofed up. I feel safer in my house now. He came in under budget. Will definitely call him for work in the future. UPDATE: May 2014: Have enjoyed all the new outlets so much, esp. today when I used the separate line Ken installed for my air conditioner. Was so good to be able to use the hairdryer and have the a/c on without the lights dimming! This feels much safer. Thanks for all the good work you did, Ken.

We had Ken complete a full house surge protection from a Big Deal I purchased then hired him and his crew to change appx 8 light fixtures and install lighting in our attic.. excellent job on all fronts and a pleasure to deal with

It went horrible. Ken is NOT a good communicator. He did not seem to understand where I told him I wanted the outlet. He put the outlet in the wrong spot, did not use the type of outlet I wanted, and overcharged me. I tried to contact him to have him fix the mess, he did not return my calls. I had to call another electrician to fix the mess. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVEIEWS. THEY ARE WRITTEN MY PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING OF ELECTRICAL WORK. ANGIES LIST FAILED ME BIG TIME. THE BOTTOM LINE IS YOU HAVE TO BABYSIT ANYONE DOING WORK....NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW ANYTHING THESE DAYS.

Any time you call him, he comes out quickly. His prices are fair. He is willing to take on any job.

Ken was great! His price is the most reasonable so far , something we could afford. Otherwise we kept postponing the project. He was responsive and gave us an appointment within a few days. In a week's time, our fans were installed. Everything is working great now. We highly recommend his service!

Ken showed up on time, and I explained to him what I wanted done. I also explained to him that I wanted another sump pump's outlet changed from a GFCI to a regular grounded outlet. I found out this past Spring when we had ~ 10 days of straight rain, that this was not done. The GFCI tripped, and I ended up having several inches of water in my basement, because that sump pump wasn't functioning. So, not all services requested were performed. Additionally, I was charged $100 for materials. I know that copper is relatively expensive, but that seemed high for what was performed. The sump pump outlet installation was literally within a foot of the electric box, so the only real wire he had to run was to the new outlet by the refrigerator.

I wrote Ken an email on Labor Day and he responded within a few hours. He showed up promptly the next morning and was very professional. He is clearly very experienced and competent and did all the jobs I asked - and fixed some issues I didn't even know about - quite effeciently. He's also very pleasant and personable. I will definitely hire him again and will recommend him to friends & family in the area.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them and there were no additional charges. One thing that he did didn’t turn out correct.

I called Ken and left a message at 7pm on a Friday. He returned my call Sunday afternoon and we scheduled the work for mid afternoon about a week later. On the day of service Ken called and asked if he could do the work earlier and I agreed. He arrived exactly on time with screw gun in hand. Problems were assessed and repaired in about an hour. Before he left, I showed Ken a couple of other repairs I needed in the house. He gave me a rough estimate of the cost and we will be scheduling them in the near future. I have been anticipating a bathroom remodel in the near future and Ken provided me with referrals to a couple of contractors he works with. Overall a very professional and 'painless' experience. I will be using Ken for all my electrical needs in the future.
