Honestly he will make sure that your flooring looks like a COBB job. Any time you question him he laughs at you and tells you it can’t be done!! The guy is an authentic A******!! Believe me!!!

Bob and James arrived on time and worked diligently until finished. Our stairs are old and due to some variations in construction each step had to be measured separately and the vertical vinyl trim individually cut to size. Bob installed the steps and James measured every single vertical section to exactly fit the stair trim. Both the sizing and color match came out perfectly and the installation exceeded expectations. Bob and James are highly skilled at their craft and we have used them many times in the past as well, with excellent results. Thanks Bob and James!

Everything looked great at first, but a year or two later there were areas where you can feel the tack strip when walking barefoot and where the carpet has bubbled up. All in areas with very little use (sleep area). Bob and his son were very pleasant, professional and did the work quickly.

Bob is great to work with. He came out to the house to measure soon after I inquired. I then met him at his store to decide on the material and within a week it was installed. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. The carpet/tiles were installed perfectly!

So far, the have the best price. They had a good selection. Actually that was our last stop and they have more basic one. We knew what we're looking for, we know exactly what we wanted and they have what we're looking for. The owner was knowledgeable.

I would use them again because of the price. They did it one day but there was a flaw in the carpet and they did not recognized it at first so I have to wait for them for a month to come back. They reordered the carpet and re-installed it, and they did not charge me extra for that.

Everything went fine. They were very friendly and agreeable. The owner is somebody we've known for years. I'd use them again if ever I needed it.

I selected KB Flooring after reading Angie's List reviews. I stopped by the store a couple of times to discuss the carpet selection with the store associate (Katie?). She was very helpful and patient. It was tough to gauge which color would match my existing carpet using the large sample board from the store, so they ordered several different color samples to be sent to my house. I made my final selection, and I thought Bob's estimate was fair. On the day of the install, Bob arrived on time with his son. He said it would take 3.5 hours to replaced the carpet in the master bedroom, hallway, and stairs and that was accurate. He also stretched the old carpet in one of the other bedrooms. I do have a one negative comment -- although they vacuumed the bedroom before they left, they didn't vacuum the hallway or stairs. The stray strands of carpet that were left behind made the final product look messy when, in fact, they did a beautiful job. I intended to vacuum anyway, so I didn't mind. I would definitely recommend KB Flooring to others. I am very pleased -- the new carpet looks great!

Their prices are lower than a lot other places as they do not use middlemen; they do the installation themselves. They are open on Saturdays and in the evenings as well. They are very conscientious in the work and take pride in the same. Their prices are good and I was satisfied.

I located KB flooring through Angie's List. I had gotten measurements and estimates from a total of 3 carpet/ flooring installation companies. The owner Bob King was very responsive to my requests. He came to do the measurement at my house a couple of days after speaking with him. I went to his store to pick out the carpet and vinyl, which he recommended very nice affordable options. I was extremely impressed with his pricing since it was MUCH lower than the other two places I had called, essentially because they do everything themselves. He was very flexible with scheduling of the installation and came 1 week after picking out the carpet to install it. He and his son, James, finished the job in essentially 1.5 days. As mentioned in other posts, their price includes the removal of the old carpet, the padding, the moving all of the furniture (including toilet removal to replace the vinyl, doors, washer/dryer) to install the carpet and all of the final details. Their punctuality, quality of work, professionalism and PRICE was outstanding! I love my new carpet and vinyl and I thank Bob and James for their hardwork they did an amazing job!

I decided to check Angie's list after a negative experience with Home Depot. I chose KB flooring first because of the score and comments. I didn't have to look further. Tony was the showroom professional who helped us with our selection, and was educational, patient and pleasant. He spoke highly of the owner, Bob.... which reinforced my already good impression of the business. Knowing that Bob has happy employees is a testament in itself! We made the carpet selection on a Saturday and Bob came to take measurements early the following week. At that time, after assessing my situation, Bob suggested I look at some samples of less expensive carpet that he felt would meet my need and save me some money!! WOW. He went back to his business, got some more samples and delivered them to me. My carpet was installed within 2 weeks and just in time for Christmas! Bob and another installer did a great job..... and Bob was right..... the less expensive choice was a good one and the workmanship was flawless!! Forget Home Depot and Lowes.... KB Flooring sold me the perfect carpet, saved me money and proved to me that the small business really is the better choice. THANKS, KB!

Bob did a great job! He and his son did all the work. It took 2 days. The room looks amazing. We got estimates and Bob was a lot less and he himself did the work. It was done on time and he left the room nice and clean. They moved all the furniture and didn't require us for help. They were also very pleasant to deal with. When the times comes will hire them to re-carpet our stairs and second floor. We are having some other work done upstairs so we will wait until then. Definitely recommend!

We had several rooms done, and they were very reasonable. They did a great job on the installation and the carpet really seems to be holding up. Their prices are a lot better compared to other stores I looked into.
