Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Eastern NY

My Frenchwood sliding patio door was installed today. The door is high quality, and the installation went smoothly with no issues. I am very happy. I had 16 windows replaced over the past 2 years by this company and highly recommend RBA of Eastern NY.

We just ordered the door. It hasn't been installed yet until September. Than I can tell about the install.

The installers (George and Amir) were very professional and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend the service. However, the company is not good with follow-up if you have an issue after the installation.

Chet and Bobby were prompt, courteous, and clean. They worked efficiently to install double front doors and a back sliding door in one day. They clearly enjoyed working together and it was nice to hear plenty of laughter throughout the day. Our doors are gorgeous and we couldnâ t be happier.

Chet, Don and Don DZ were a great team and did a fabulous job of installing a front door where there was previously no door, and a window where the old door was. The project was complex requiring a header for the new door and beefing up the upright timbers, and they did the whole job in a single day and left the work area neat and tidy.. Chet is a very knowledgeable man and confidence inspiring.

Renewal By Andersen did a fantastic job on our sliding patio door installation. They arrived on time, were extremely respectful of our home and property, continually cleaned up after themselves, got the job done quickly and professionally, door looked absolutely amazing when they were finished. It was A+ professional service front to back.

Arrived on time, did the job, cleaned up. However, they did leave some elements undone, such as not moving furniture back to the original position and not replacing a privacy window in the shower. They removed the original privacy window and left it with a clear window. Did not replace privacy window in shower with another privacy window. Did not finish the removal of two double-hung windows very well. Now, have to call someone to finish the job.

We had the unfortunate experience of having a rather new sales rep assigned to us and he was rather unprofessional. My previous experience with Renewal by Anderson was great and the sales rep looked and acted the part with no mistakes. Our problems, this time, were rectified by the sales manager who WAS professional.
