Very bad behavior to disappear with no notice or explanation

They were very prompt, I would hire again. I was impressed.

Great until I tried scheduling another appt after using them for months. I left a multitude of messages and they never called back. Left me stuck Not happy!!!!

never showed up... never returned calls.... had to go through Angie's List to get credit on my credit card...very disgusted

My bathrooms sparkled when they were done, even though they are quite old. I was happy with the cleaning they did on the empty house, so I'm looking forward to seeing what they would do with a house full of furniture after the remodel is complete. Easy to schedule, but I'm pretty flexible on time. They do real cleaning using a bucket with water and a mop, not wiping and swiffering (which I do myself in between cleanings). They schedule 4 people for 1 hour of cleaning, so it's not a linear 4 hours of cleaning time; its 4 man/woman hours of labor towards your cleaning job. I love this because I put no value on how long people stay at my house and would prefer a short intense session and then get out of my way as soon as possible.

I cannot say enough good things about Heavenly House Cleaners. Their price was extremely reasonable. They were professional and courteous. The house looked amazing when they were finished. They were so thorough and even offered helpful tips and such. I will definitely use them again.

I have been using them for a few months now and am extremely satisfied with their work. They are professional and thorough . There is a team that comes and they seem to work well and efficiently together each taking a room/area of the house to clean. They do not rush through and leave. They work steadily with purpose. I have had many house cleaners in the past and Heavenly cleans areas that were usually left untouched by other companies as part of their routine. They also were not in and out in under an hour like most cleaners. I am very happy with their service.

It worked out great. They were actually very good. In fact I bought another thing from them. I haven't used them yet but I am saving that one.

JANEA and crew arrived RIGHT ON TIME and ready to start. Each crew member started on separate part of house with JANEA providing strict and very professional oversight of all work! Everything was cleaned to the highest professional standard-the house has never looked so good or smelled so fresh and clean. Individual attention was paid to each task with a thorough vacuuming of all areas being performed at the end of the job. THE BEST cleaning my home has ever received and I look forward to arranging for future and repeated work by the crew of Heavenly Housecleaning of Schenectady.

They were alright. I will not hire them again for the following reasons. 1. They were late by an hour. It's not a huge issue but the main point of contact replied saying "Finishing up my last house. Be there in a few". The text to me implied they will be there in 10 - 15 minutes not an hour after sending the text. 2. Even after "deep cleaning" for 8 hrs, we found clumps of dust all over the house. 3. Everything looked ok on surface, but they missed a lot of details. We don't have a huge house that needs 8 hrs of cleaning for a surface clean. I was looking more for a deep clean and they really missed the mark on that. 4. They seem like an inexperienced crew. Slow and did not have the right cleaning tools and products to get a thorough job done. 5. I've had other cleaning companies provide cleaning services before and the house always smelled clean and fresh after a cleaning job. Not with heavenly house cleaners. May be they just need better products, tools and well trained employees.

We would never use them again. They have some employee problems that need to deal with. I was very unhappy with them. I think the price was fine for what we asked them to do. I didn't have any problem with the price. The quality of the work was not good. The lead person was very argumentative. It was just a bad experience. I've never had an experience with cleaning people like this before. They were on time.

I have not had domestic cleaning help like this since the service I had from a team from Venezuela over 10 years ago. I have been reluctant to use a service I'm not familiar with, since the last one left the slate floor in my foyer damaged. However, Heavenly Housecleaner owners Janea and her partner Will were extraordinary: thorough, conscientious, careful, and amazing. They cleaned the house in places I have not done, in years. I would highly recommend them for work, and will definitely use them again in the future.Thank you so much, HH!

Absolutely the worst company or person I've ever dealt with. Complete lack of respect for another person's time and zero professionalism. I scheduled the appointment for Monday 2/1/15 at 8am. Two cleaners were to come for a 4 hour appointment. I rescheduled a doctor's appointment and rearranged my schedule to be available for this appointment. At 7am I received a text message that they'd had a death in the family over the weekend and would it be possible for me to reschedule the appointment for Thursday morning or maybe early next week. I said sure, no problem. I told her Thursday was fne and also gave a few days and timeframes that would work for me the following week. I never received a response but I was trying to be understanding due to the circumstances. Since she had asked initially to push it to Thursday morning, I finally contacted her again Wednesday afternoon to find out when we were rescheduling the appointment since it could be the very next morning. I had wanted at least some notice ahead of time of when the rescheduled appointment would be so I could make arrangements. She replied that she could due the following Tuesday at noon, with two people, so the appointment would be from 12-4pm. I said great, see you then and arranged my schedule to be available for that day and time. Tuesday at 11:15am (45 minutes before my appointment) I received a text message saying "we are running a bit behind but we will make it to your house." I took that to mean maybe 15-30 minutes late based on "a bit behind" and said, no problem see you when you get here. About two hours later at 2pm I finally sent another text message to her asking if she had an idea of when she'd show up to my home and if there were still only two people because that meant the appointment would take the full 4 hours. If they appeared at my house in 5 minutes they would be there two hours later until 6pm. I received a message saying that they were just finishing up the last house (again sounds to me like about ready to leave) and says that there was a 2 hour school delay that morning or they would have been on time. They would have known about the 2 hour delay before 8am and if they were running a full 2 hours behind they could have told me that by 8am or at the least by 11:15 when I was told they'd be "a bit late" for my noon appointment but would definitely make it. But I was just now hearing about it at 2pm, a full 2 hours after they were already suposed to be there and halfway done with the job. She also told me the city she was coming from (which I wasn't familiar with). I replied that it was okay and I'd see them when they came but that I hadn't expected "a bit late" to be 2 full hours late at a minimum. I received no reply. ANOTHER 2 hours and 15 minutes later at 4:15 (15 minutes AFTER my original appointment was supposed to end!) I sent another text message asking if they had any idea how long until they'd get to my home? By this point, they'd be cleaning in my home until almost 8:30 pm is they arrived in just a few minutes. I received no response when throughout the day she had answered me in just a few minutes. Twenty minutes later at after 4:30pm I sent a text message telling her that I wanted a refund and not to come to my home since I'd literally been waiting at my home not doing anything productive because I'd literally be told they be there in just a bit every time I asked. Then I finally received a response where she stated that if she had gotten to my home at 4pm she wouldn't have had enough time to complete the job. The city she had been in was 1 hour away from my home. So, she KNEW at 3pm that she wouldn't be able to come to my home and complete the job that day but never told me. I had to text her a minimum of a full hour after she knew she couldn't come to ask where she was and what was going on. I rearranged two full days to accomadate her. I waited at my home from before 11 am (in case they came a bit early) until I finally told her not to bother coming at 4:35 - a full 4 1/2 hours after my appointment was to start and 35 minutes after it was to have ended. She never contacted me to keep my up to date or give me the courtesy of keeping my informed so I could decide whether I was able to wait around doing nothing all day long or would prefer to reschedule for another time. After I asked for a refund, I never received another response from her. She ignored every message I sent and never offered to reschedule or do anything about what happened.

When I first used them, I didn't even check Angie's List. Then I found that they were on Angie's List. Then I wrote a glowing review and then, their work just got worse and worse. I just don't use them anymore. They got very careless. Each time they came, they broke things and things were overlooked. They're careless. There are too many people and it's different people each time. They're in too much of a rush and they end up breaking things.

Once they were here, they were very efficient and finished the job very well and on time.

Fantastic work by these two sisters. The move in house is older and needed a good scrubbing, and they came in and did a very thorough job. The move out house was almost empty and they made sure it sparkled for the new owners. Very conscientious, very thorough. I would DEFINITELY use them again, and recommend them to anyone who asks for a great cleaning service!

I'm very happy with Heavenly Housecleaning! It's a family business, and they are wonderful to deal with. They've become my regular house cleaning service, and each time they're here, they do a better job than the last time. Not only is the house cleaned very well, I'm very happy that they don't use a lot of strong smelling products, either. I have allergies and asthma, and in the past, with other services, the amount of various products and the remaining odors they used really bothered my breathing. I would definitely recommend them!

They were not only on time but early. Natalie and Jenea were pleasant and polite. They did an awesome job. They pulled out furniture and scrubbed thoroughly. The house not only looked clean but also smelt clean.

Very thorough... Even removed knobs from stove to clean under them! EVERYTHING was cleaned and they double checked their own work!
