Difficult area in backyard to remove dead trees. Harmony was able to do the job quickly, efficiently and the clean up was wonderful.

I have used Harmony Tree Service several times before. I wouldn't consider hiring any other service. For quality of workmanship and price, there is no comparison. The crew members were so nice and polite and answered all of my questions. They work with such precision, get the job done perfectly, are so careful about your personal property, and when they leave, you would never know there were once trees where they removed them. Trevor will also give you an honest assessment about whether a tree needs to be removed or is healthy and just in need of some pruning. If you are getting several estimates, be sure to get one from Harmony Tree Service. The difference will surprise you but it doesn't indicate a lack of quality. Quality is obviously Harmony's utmost concern! I highly recommend them.

So different from my first experience with Harmony a few years ago. So disappointed. Spoke with the main office - they said that their main tree person would call and schedule a visit to provide an estimate. 10 days later and no call. I called the office again and got the same story. It has been a month since I first called. Nothing. God to know that they are so busy that they can ignore repeat customers.

Trimming was exactly how I wanted it; cleanup was beyond expectations.

They were much cheaper than everybody else. We use them a lot. They always take the extra care to lay down plywood for their equipment. They take great care of the sprinklers and lawn care. They clean up very well, you wouldn't even know that they were here.

We've hired Trevor Stanton/Harmony Tree Service twice now. Trevor and his three man ground crew (Kenny, Devin and Nick) did an excellent job of limbing out the lower 60 feet or so, and Trevor even reattached a loose critter screen at the top of the chimney while the bucket truck was there the first day. The crane work had to be done the next day due to a mechanical breakdown. The tree was taken down piecewise in an hour, the trunk sections were loaded and hauled off in the next hour, and the ground crew cleaned up the debris, blew off the lawn and driveway, raked everything, and the entire second day of the job was done in four hours. The crew was careful, wore appropriate safety equipment, and worked hard through the entire project.

They cleaned up their mess. I'm overall pleased with their work. There were five or so men and one woman who complete the job. The did a great job. It took a couple hours. I really needed to get it removed and they came quickly and I could afford the price.

I have used Harmony Tree Service over the years to remove trees from various properties. Trevor and his crew have always arrived promptly and are very efficient in the removal of large trees. I should note that they took great care as to not disturb my invisible fence system when removing the stump of one particular tree. I would highly recommend them.

Although not giving us an exact start date (nor did we ask for one) the crew showed up at 7:30am and went right to work; crane, chainsaw, bucket truck, chipper and another truck, everything they needed so it was obvious that they are an experienced outfit and planned very well. Everyone (5 men) knew their job and duties with hardly a word spoken. Plus, their experience in hand signals showed due to the distances and dangers they were inherently dealing with. (Safety was ALWAYS a top priority with everyone in every area). As the trees were 'toppedand quot; and the crane lowered the tops and trunks to a neutral area, the crew went quickly to work in removing branches and chipping. Trunks were later loaded onto another truck and hauled away. The first day was an amazing completion of tree removal by 5PM or slightly more. Day 2 was brush removal, general clean up, root removal etc. The crew only took an extended break when a thunder storm blew through both days. The area was left with minimal debris and ready for my landsacaping company to come in and do their part. There were very few scars left in our lawn that needed little or no attention. Very professional, well trained, and would use again without hesitation.

No issues. The stumps were ground down, the area was cleaned up. No mess left, we are using them again in the spring for a couple other trees.

Estimate was signed and returned to the vendor. Heard nothing for approx one-month. Called and was told I was still on the list. Another month after that I had no more information. Vendor was working on storm damage cleanup.

Harmony Tree Service provided excellent service! My tree was long over due for a trimming, it was hanging in the utility wires that ran to the house, covered my roof, and the front of my house. The tree was constantly shedding dead limbs and branches onto my yard So many of it's roots were exposed too , which made mowing the area impossible. The crew arrived as scheduled and gave the tree a major trim. They removed the bottom third limbs that were all dead and worked their way up to the top removing dead limbs as they came upon them. They covered the roots with top soil, planted grass seed and covered the newly seeded area with straw, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend Harmony Tree Service.

We agreed upon a date and time for the estimate. The time came and went, and no one showed up. I called later that day to see what had happened, left a message, and my call was never returned.

had 2 other estimates....Harmoney was far and away the most reasonable and did a fantastic job! They were prompt and professonial. I recommended them to my neighbors ( who then had trees taken down) and they gave us all a discount.

I called around 7:30, had an estimate by 8:30. and the crew was here by 10. They had to use a crane to support the tree while they cut enough off the bottom so that the crane could lift the top over my house. 1k is a pretty steep price for removing one tree, but there was no direct access to the area around the base of the tree. The crew was professional and removed the tree without any ancillary damage.

I contacted the company for an estimate on pruning a tree. They quickly provided an estimate. When they wished to set up the work I was not available so I asked if I could contact them when I returned from vacation to schedule. I did so. I was told they could not give me a date for the work that they would just show up some late afternoon. Although I prefer being here when services are provided so I could ask questions i agreed. I waited almost two weeks and called and asked if they had forgotten me. I was told no they would eventually get to me. I waited another few weeks ...no one ever contacted me or came. I felt this was very unprofessional and I was very disappointed in their customer service. They could have kept contact to assure me they still had me on their list and apologize for the long waiting period or they could have called and said..' your job is too small we have other fish to fry'. I would not recommend them.

Trevor and his crew arrived on time. It was amazing to watch them take these trees and branches down. They used a "bucket truck" to get to the branches and used ropes to bring large branches down. Then they put all the branches in a chipper and cleaned up all traces of them being in the yard. The huge tree in the front was worrisome for me because it's so close to the street and I wasn't sure how they were going to get it down. Well, they did an amazing job and then removed the stump by grinding it with a machine specifically designed to do that. They did an awesome job and all in one day! Definitely recommend them! They have all the tools, trucks, and experience. Thank you to Trevor and all the rest of the workers from Harmony Tree Service!

everything went great. All the people who worked on it were very nice and helpful. I got home as they were finishing up the trimming and i noticed another couple of limbs I wanted removed from one of the trees. I pointed it out and asked if they could remove them, and they did, with no problems or attitude. They were all very professional.

He exhibited a bad temper over nothing. Could not reach him, and he would not return phone calls. Shows up unexpected wanting to take a tree down and yells at me and said he got my messages. We left him many messages starting a week earlier to change the date so that my husband would be home that day. He never returned calls and just showed up at 7:05 am while I was getting my kids off to school and making their lunches. He yells at me and said he got our messages but didn't care. It was very upsetting and totally unprofessional.

We had 2 very large trees that needed to be removed. They were in a difficult to reach location, and 2 other tree services told us that the only way to do the work was exclusively with climbers. Harmony Tree Service realized that they could use a crane, if our neighbor would ok parking the truck on the edge of their lawn. This kept their price much lower than the competition. Service was scheduled to occur in 2 weeks. The crew showed up right on time, with an impressive amount of equipment and manpower. In less than 2 hours, both trees were down, branches cut and ground, logs removed and the area cleaned up. It took about an additional 30 minutes for the stump grinding to finish and the final cleanup to be completed. They were very professional, competent and neat. I recommend them highly.

The provider had been very busy when we first contacted him, but did a great job once he was able to fit us in.
