 + 5 moreSince i have had Gordon Cooper do many jobs at my home, I will discuss the window washing experience. Gordon has washed my windows twice a year. He always called in advance to set up a convenient time. Gordon arrived on time with his helper. All windows including storms were removed, cleaned, and replaced. Work was completed in a timely manner. Gordon then supplied a receipt for the work done.
Description of Work: Gordon Cooper has performed many services at my home. He has cleaned/stained my deck, powered washed my home, painted a bedroom, repaired a hole in my sheetrock, and hung mirrors. Everything was completed in a professional manner. I would strongly recommend Gordon to anyone who wants work done in a timely, professional manner. Whenever I have a job that needs to be done, my first call is to Gordon. He is my "go to guy".

Description of Work: We live in an older bungalow with plaster walls. I needed the living room and dining room repainted, a small portion of one wall was breaking away due to water damage. Gordon does a superior job of repairing damaged plaster, you would never know there had been extensive damage in that area. So, he repaired a water damaged ceiling in another room and totally sanded and repainted walls, ceilings and trim in living room and dining room. He trims everything by hand, no painters tape!! He and his employee truly work as a team. He may be a bit more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for. I used his services about 5 years ago, and again this Nov. 2012. I will use him in the future as well.

 + -1 moreGordon promptly came to our house and gave us a quote for the work. He and his partner began the work when they said, but due to the extra work the house needed to prep it for painting, the job took longer that originally expected. The additional work did increase the cost of the job, but the extra attention is what made the final result exceptional rather than adequate. We have used Gordon several times and recommend him to all of our friends. His prices are not the cheapest, but his work is the best we have seen!
Description of Work: Gordon painted the outside of our cedar shingled house. There was significantly more prep work that originally thought, and Gordon went above and beyond our expectations and performed an extremely thorough job. Shingles had to be re-nailed to the walls, a porch column had to be rebuilt, he replaced window panes and painted the house to perfection. He never left a mess, is extremely courteous and professional.
