+ -1 moreThis was a lengthy time consuming home purchase. The property was an estate sale, and included a resident that was helpful right up until the final walthrough, and then he became belligerent. Fortunately, the executor of the estate (on the west coast) was very accomodating and had the septic system repaired and a new well drilled. Bruce represented my interests throughout the process. I highly recommend Bruce Farmer and Gallet Realty.
Description of Work: Bruce Farmer from Gallet Realty was my Buyer's Agent on my recently closed home purchase. Bruce was thorough and knowledgable throughout the lengthy process of buying a home. He was always responsive when contacted with questions and if he didn't know the answer to a question immediately, he found out and contacted me back within a short amount of time.
