Geno and his crew were great. They were on time and did a nice job. They finished quickly and did a good job cleaning up. Everything was done exactly as he said and for the price quoted. THANK YOU GENO!!

When I signed the contract it was under Advantage Contracting. I didn't know the company was G & A Custom Homes until I had to write the check. I paid half the bill up front and the other half after they had completed the roof. The roof, as far as I know, is of good quality and they did have a much lower estimate than other companies. Honestly, I'm not all that young anymore and recently widowed. I depended on them to be honest and trustworthy. I asked if I should cover up any floor below the roof in the attic. I had plastic that I could have used. They told me no. There is such a mess now! There are slivers of wood and pieces of the old roof all over the place and they moved everything around. I have a small gravel driveway that they made some really deep, bad ruts, up to 1.5' deep! They said they would repair it and they didn't. Their truck broke up some of the cement in the driveway, and there is a large dent in my front lawn near my light post. I'm going to have to add more soil in to build the lawn back up. Correra Sr. said that he would send someone out to clean up the mess and I haven't seen anyone. They might have come really early in the morning, but there has been no noticeable cleanup done outside and certainly no one rang my bell to go up in the attic. It would be nice if they would repair my driveway and lawn. I have been doing the best I can so far, at my age. If they had just told me to go ahead and cover everything I had in the attic, I would have much more been happy. I won't be using them again in the future due to amount of work that they have left for me.

I took advantage of a special offered through Angie's List for gutter cleaning and siding repair. Geno was very responsive to my call to set up the appointment and he arrived on time and was extremely thorough and professional He completely cleaned the gutters, checked the roof and fixed a few places where pieces of siding had come off. He even secured a wire to the house that was sagging, something he didn't have to do. I was very pleased and would hire this firm again.

The job was excellent, very professional, from the delivery of the materials to the friendly conversation after the job was completed. They unloaded the materials and went right to work, the entire crew knew just what had to be done and they worked as a team. The confidence and efficiency was impressive. The cleanup of the shingles and waste was great I expected to have a little to do as the homeowner but honestly I had none. Great job overall, I am very satisfied.

I had moisture building up in my attic. They came by noticed that the builder that flipped the home did not install enough roofing soffit vents. They came back a few days later to remove gutters and install more roofing soffit vents. They did a fine job as far as I can tell.The gutters and roofing soffit vents look like they been there since the original install. I would recommend them to anyone else. The father has his own company Advantage Contracting @ 518-935-0120

They started the job on a monday morning and began work right away very prompt unlike the last business I worked with. Great prices not the lowest but not the highest. You get what you pay for. Very professional. Did Great Work. Went over property with a magnet to pick up all nails and shingles and cleaned everything up after themselves. Did not leave any messes behind. They were very careful not to mess up any of my wifes flowers or shrubs. Would Gladly recommend to anyone else and will be using them from now on.
