Contractor looked at the job and said he was too busy

We are totally satisfied. Mark answered every call right away, made arrangements to visit immediately, and arrived for both visits (the first for the quote and the second for the work) right on time. He explained in detail exactly what he would do, and did it for the price he quoted. The work looks great and we're very relieved to have had it fixed so expertly and quickly.

Mark and his son arrived when promised and started work right away. They were here a little over three hours and were efficient and professional. They cleaned up everything. I would hire them again in a minute!

Mark came promptly and gave an initial estimate. Before starting we found more issues than originally seen (after moving items away from basement walls). Added to the project was demolition and repairing of one side of garage foundation which was crumbling. He kept me updated on cost throughout the project. He showed me problem areas as they were found and explained what needed to be done. He told me if I find any additional problems while repainting the basement walls to let him know and he will fix them. Mark and his son were respectful of me and my property. I am very satisfied with the work and amount charged

I contacted Mark last week and told him the work I needed done. He was very responsive to my request for contact. He told me if I removed the carpet off the porch he would stop by over the weekend and give me an estimate. I spent all day Saturday removing the carport as he asked and then gave him a call. He told me he was at camp and would get back to me at the beginning of the week. It’s the weekend again and I was sent to voicemail 3 times this week and also sent an email with no response. Will have to look for another mason this week to come quote and do the work. Very disappointed.

Very high quality of workmanship on repair of old-fashioned stucco, that is, replacement of plywood, a cement coat, a stucco coat, and finally a coat of "elastic" paint to help prevent future cracking.

Work commenced, on day 1 contractor discussed some additional work that was uncovered when we had removed clutter from basement wall and informed my husband of an increase in his estimate. Husband agreed, and prep work began. Day 2: Contractor explained additional work to me and discussed with me a price that was more than the price he'd told my husband the day before. I had a disagreement with the contractor because my husband and I believe we were told two different increase amounts for the same additional work, in separate discussions with him. Contractor wanted to increase the original $1000 estimate to a total of $2000. for the job. Doubling the estimate. We settled up for $600. for an incomplete job.
