Perfectly. We have been having Daryl clean our carpets every year for the past 5 years.

Daryl did an excellent job, as he always does. He is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, quick, and thorough. He is polite and personable, as well. We have always been very happy with the results. We have also been very pleased when we used their cleaning services for area and braided rugs at their Schenectady location. Darlene is very good with reminder calls and scheduling so that we remember the annual cleaning. She is very pleasant to deal with over the phone and in person.

I called on a wednesday and the owner gave me a estimated quote and said the technician would make the final quote. To my amazement I could have the work done on saturday which I was thrilled. I was totaly happy with the rug cleaning and odor elimination from a sick cat. our couch looked brand new. When the technician arrived he did all the measurements for the estimate explained exactly what he was going to do. Asked if we had any special concerns and answered all our questions. His work was efficient the job went as planed. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs carpets or furniture cleaned.

I choose Fiber Clean because their salesperson Darlene has called my home two times a year for the past 5 years to ask if we needed carpets cleaned. I decided her persistence deserved the sale. Daryl arrived at 10:15 am Monday, 11/13/06. I was told between 10 am and 1 pm. It took about 10 minutes for Daryl to complete paperwork before getting started. His appearance was neat and professional. I had all of the furniture removed from the room except the TV and 2 couches. Darly got started and was here maybe 1 hour. Upon completion Daryl was moving his equipment outside and returned with "dog poo" on the bottom of his boot. He was quite upset because it messed up the clean carpet. I assisted him in replugging in his equipment to reclean the small area. Overall my carpets appear clean and the spot in the small area came out. My friends and family got a laugh out of the dog poo story.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT, THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH AND IT COULD BE BETTER. THEY WERE ON TIME, THEY SCHEDULED A TIME TO COME AND THEY WERE HERE.

THE PERSON WHO COMES IS VERY NICE AND HE DOES A VERY GOOD JOB. IT LOOKS GOOD AND I'VE HAD OTHERS IN THE PAST. HE'S VERY FUNCTIONAL AND SEEMS TO DO A VERY GOOD JOB. I FEEL THE PRICE IS IN THE SAME BALLPARK AS EVERYONE ELSE'S.
