+ -1 moreThe problem was with my sump pump & backup water sump pump; the backup sump pump was running constantly & when it shut off a loud thud was heard upstairs in the house. The day after I called Nick he came & expeditiously provided an estimate of work to be done. The existing sump pump needed to be replaced therefore the backup pump was running & the check value was slamming when the pump shut off. Nick installed a new pump and repaired leaks to the backup pump &installed a new quiet check value. After the work was completed in one day, Nick meticulously cleaned the work area. I am very pleased with the work Nick did and would highly recommend him to others

Description of Work: Extremely pleased with the installation of french drain/replacement window well. Nick worked steadily and efficiently, while thoroughly explaining all aspects of the process. He even filled in a low area that was not part of the project! Would highly recommend Fazio Enterprises.

+ -1 moreMr Fazio called me back and spent approximately 20 minutes with me, giving me advice on how to evaluate the house, and the pros and cons of buying this particular house. We discussed several options to improve drainage around the house to prevent the water from entering the basement. He did this all for free, even though I offered to pay him for his time. I ended up choosing to not purchase this house (for reasons other than the basement), but I would call Fazio Waterproofing first if I need such services in the future. I give Mr Fazio a and quot;Band quot; on responsiveness only because it took him about four days to return my call.
Description of Work: I was trying to decide if I should purchase a house with some water & humidity issues in the basement. I called Fazio Waterproofing for a consultation.

Description of Work: I had water leaking into my cellar from the snow and rain runoff this winter. Mr. Fazio evaluated the problem and advised me to get gutters and resurface my driveway. He was very knowledgeable and professional and listened to all my concerns. He gave me his card and told me to call if I had any other concerns. What I particularly liked was his honesty and his willingness to help me.
