Great, after calling another supposedly high rated pest service to be told they would come out in 2 days for an estimate but not do the work for another few days, I called Family Pest Solutions. Within an hour Jack called back, I explained that a bunch of bees broke through the wall board and were swarming in the bedroom trying to get out the closed windows. He advised me exactly what to do (open windows to let bees out) and place a piece of tape over the small hole under the window sill where the bees broke through. I said I still would like a professional to come out so he promised a visit from Gary the following day, provided a very accurate and reasonable quote that was emailed to me immediately for electronic signature, and said the work could be done at that time. Solved the immediate problem with his guidance and put in place professional treatment the following day. Couple of hundred for the hive removal and another hundred to treat the entire two story house with spray around the foundation and all windows. They even treated the large shed in the back yard and took out a second ground hive in the garden. Immediate service A+, guidance to customer to handle an emergency situation A+ and price A+. Thanks Jack and Gary for a serious problem expeditiously solved. Will certainly use again, as needed! Thanks!

Jack, the owner, was very quick to respond to my e-mail. He eliminated 4 nests from my property, examined the exterior of the house, and sprayed the exterior of the house to deter other nesters. He arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would hire him again in a minute and recommend him to others.

Jack, the owner of Family Pest came right on time the day after my call and did a walk around and gave me an estimate. I considered it very fair and the next day his employee, Gary, came out and filled all of the holes on the outside of the house where mice might be able to get in. He also put 2 large traps outside and several areas inside my home. He was also right on time. They were both very pleasant and answered any questions I might have. They also sprayed around the targeted areas.

Jack and Matt were great. They displayed great knowledge of the causes of our problem and quickly came up with a plan that was affordable. Jack stuck to his quote as he promised and didn't hit us with any "surprises." I have already recommended them and WILL use them again for some future projects we have planned.

Busy bees were gone with their treatment!

There was a nest in the bedroom wall that was treated. The Basement Sill and Sill Plate where they were coming in was treated and around any damp places and water pipes. The full Exterior Foundation was treated around the house. I was very happy with the service , price and results. I have already recommended Family Pest Solutions to my family and friends. Jack returned for a follow-up visit and stopped up more entry points, and set more traps. Since then (a week ago), we've seen no activity. We hope he's solved the problem in two visits.

Jack came the first time and explained about carpenter bees and gave us suggestions on how to treat - no charge for his time and advice. We called him again when we spotted moths in our home. He came and treated the whole house - they appear to be gone but he will come again in August to be sure. He was fast, responsive and very good. His price was reasonable.

Hard to say as bugs don't just come from your own yard

Jack answered my call right away, arrived just when he said he would, did just what he said he would, and provided a written warranty for ongoing monitoring and care. I'm so relieved! Jack also treated the yard of a family member for ticks, using a kid- and pet-friendly substance - before the treatment, they had been finding several ticks a week on the dog, but not a one since! We intend to use Jack exclusively from now on.

Jack was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. He did a great job. I asked for quotes for additional problems with bats and squirrels. He quickly provided me with quotes and options for both. We will be using Jack in the future. Highly recommended.

We called Jack after reading other positive reviews. Even though it was Sunday, he called us back right away and was very knowledgable. By midday Monday the job was finished and we've had no problems since. After negative experiences with other pest companies trying to sell us all kinds of things we didn't need and providing subpar service, Jack was the opposite. He took care of the active nest, and the rest of the house, in a timely manner for a fair price. He was very easy to deal with and I will certainly hire him again for any pest control needs.

Mr. Johnson from Family Pest Solutions arrived on time for our initial inspection. He was very thorough and informative. He explained the process and provided me with a prep list to get the home ready. We were told what he would do to solve the issue, what to expect afterwards and what he would do on return follow up visits. One week layer and we haven't seen one bug !! I can get back to living my normal life without getting eaten alive from those bugs. !!

A dermatologist recently recommended our family contact an exterminator to request a home inspection for insects. I made several calls, most of which went unreturned. When the need for treatment was confirmed during the inspection, service was scheduled to begin the following day. I cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Jack. He is professional, punctual, courteous, capable, and widely experienced. What service provider texts you to say they may be five minutes late and then shows up on time? Unheard of! No family wants to have the need for an exterminator, but when ours did, Jack got us through. He not only treated our family like his family, he treated our home like his home - and turned a very unpleasant situation into a positive experience.
