Outstanding, just like the previous jobs Farzad completed for us! ( shower door removal, light fixture install, heater/vent for bathroom, & drop ceiling in finished basement, exterior porch painting, replaced rubber gasket in front load washer) Farzad is consistently prompt, efficient not only in the work done but also in clean up. In addition, the labor charges are fair and well deserved with the caliber of workmanship provided. Always respectful in every aspect of business. We asked him for business cards and have given them out to family & friends. Anyone in need of solid home repairs would do well to hire Farzad.

We read the reviews given by others for F & D and felt that it would be worth it to hire Farzad. What we experienced far surpassed our expectations! He was prompt, courteous, respectful of us & our property. In addition, his pricing was fair for the projects we needed to have done. His workmanship quality is above & beyond! The knowledge he has learned to accomplish many tasks is truly remarkable. We will be asking him to do more projects in the future. For larger projects he provided a certificate of insurance as well as a professional contract that we both agreed upon. We will be having him back in the future, and are grateful to have someone like him to call upon for various home repair needs.

He went above and beyond. What was suppose to be a straightforward installation turn into an unexpected 3 hour challenge. He was extremely patient and did not change me extract for all of the extra effort I require to complete this installation. If I have the opportunity, I will certainly hire F and D for future projects.

Farzad Asheem has an exceptional work ethic. He arrives on time, communicates regularly, delivers what he has promised , and leaves the completed work site in immaculate condition. Farzad removed an existing jetted tub and replaced it with a beautiful acrylic walk in shower with frameless glass doors and an upscale shower head with a hand held spray attachment. I also requested grab bars as a safety feature and the ones he chose are elegant and not a bit institutional. Farzad also replaced a ceiling fan/light combination with a fan/light/ heat fixture and replaced my problematic front storm door and added new hardware to the front and storm doors. All of this was accomplished for a very reasonable price. I found Farzad very easy to work with, personable, responsible, reliable, and courteous and without a doubt would hire him again and recommend F&D General Home Repairs to family, friends and neighbors. Great as planned

I hired Farzad for a bathroom remodeling and it turned out great! He did exactly as I requested and made sure I was pleased with the results as he worked. Farzad is a fast worker and is very knowledgeable in what he does and very understanding too. Reasonable price for quality work! Very satisfied with how my bathroom turned out, i would definitely hire him again!

Mr. Farazad was a very great worker. He worked throught out the day and only took a break for lunch and went straight back to working. I appriciate how very clean he was about his job and did not leave any mess in my house afterwards. Farazad took pride in his work and was willing to answer all my questions about tiling.
