Description of Work: I bought the $89 garage door tuneup and roller replacement. He came when expected and was very polite and professional. I had 2 garage doors, I paid regular price for the second door which was around $130, which seemed very reasonable for the work he did. He replaced all the rollers and and other parts that were worn or broken. I did not know my garage doors could be so quiet when opening and closing.

Description of Work: I was contacted by provider within a day of purchasing a Big Deal for a Garage Door Tune-Up and Roller Replacement and set up an appointment for the following week. Todd called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived right on time and provided the promised service in a quick & professional manner. All in all, I was extremely impressed & happy with my first Angie's Big Deal purchase!

Description of Work: My issue was simple. The solution, I thought, was not. Basically, my garage door would go up about a foot and then come back down. |Empire did great. I thought I had a much more expensive job on my hands but after taking a look and adding some springs, the door works great. Outside of the tuneup deal I got on Angie's List, I paid $45 for the springs and some support. Not bad to get the door working again.
