Description of Work: Fantastic service by an amazing business owner. Got full central air installed, with complete duct work, and a new furnace-fired hot water heater. Honest work, fair price and a great guy to do business with. I highly recommend!

Description of Work: Called for an estimate on putting baseboard in my home due to leaking radiant pipes. He said, well I hope you are sitting down when I tell you the price, and booked an apt for two days later. He never showed up or called. I then had a no heat situation a few days later and called and left a message. He never called back at all. This man is very unprofessional.

+ 0 moreHe's a remarkable person. My husband traveled a lot for work. One day I went home with the kids, it was January and cold outside. I turned up the heater and at 8pm I realized the house was 48 degrees and we were freezing. The company who provides our oil told me to call him. I called and explained, he showed up at 11pm and patched the heater together to get heat and let me know we needed a new heater. I keep his card ion my purse because you call the man and he shows up. I found a gas leak outside and he was over there in an hour taking care of it, he goes out of his way for people. He saved me a lot of money, I was going to put in a new hot water heater. I wanted a tankless one and he said he could put it in but he warned me that he would be at my house a lot because they break down a lot. He was honest about it. He put in an energy efficient furnace and got a great deal on it for us. It was embarrassing how much he wanted to drop by and tighten up our unit. Anyone who shows up at my house at 11pm on a January night with two kids whining at me because they are cold, I should have fixed him dinner. I refer him to all the neighbors when they need new furnaces or AC.
