+ -1 moreTHEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND THEY DO IT PROMPTLY. THEY GET THE COMPUTER BACK IN BUSINESS. THEY FOUND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND CORRECTED IT. THEY'RE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON ISSUES THAT COMPUTERS HAVE.
Description of Work: THE PORT WHERE YOU PLUG THE PRINTER IN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. IT GOT YANKED OUT INCORRECTLY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
