Bob responds quickly to phone calls, is very accommodating and does a great job cleaning carpets and upholstery. We have been using his service for more than 10 years.

Bob was able to back his van containing his equipment down the driveway and enter the rear door nearest where the couch is located. He was very laid back and efficient. He told me that he would bring the hoses attached to the machinery in the truck to the back door, which he did. He carefully applied cleaner, then used his hoses to clean away the mouse droppings and urine which were very bad. Before Bob came I was not sure that I would ever be able to sit on the couch again, there had been so much rodent activity and the smell was pretty bad. When Bob finished (very quickly) he told me that the couch would probably be dry the next day, and it was. I was so happy with his pleasant demeanor that I asked if he did carpet runners. He said yes, so I asked my Mom if she would like him to look at her hall runner and get an estimate. Bob took a look and gave her a very reasonable price ($15) and took the runner with him. I am pleased to find an efficient, pleasant, and calm worker whose prices are very reasonable.

Bob Dressler has been cleaning my carpets for over 10 years. His work has always been first rate and beyond question. Bob always scheduled his appointments in advance and arrives on time. If by chance, he is delayed by traffic, he calls to tell you of the delay. Upon arrival, he takes the time to walk the entire job to ensure that both he and you know what needs to be done.....that way there are no surprises. His work is excellent, and I have never had to do a come back call as a result of his work. I highly recommend his company and work.

With a family of six , I thought our eight year old sectional was beyond cleaning. After checking furniture stores to see how much it would cost to replace, my husband and I decided to try cleaning it as a last ditch effort. We chose Dressler's after reading reviews on Angie's List. We wanted to use a local business, not a national chain. He called us right back when we left a message and was able to schedule the work within days. He was prompt and very friendly. After his work was done and the sectional was done drying (microfiber absorbs a lot of water and takes a few days to dry) I couldn't believe how well it cleaned up. Stains that I thought were permanent were gone. Even the arms looked a lot better. I am happy to say we have decided to keep the couch and save the money for other home improvements. We have also decided to get the sectional cleaned more regularly. I would definitely recommend giving Dressler's your business!

I have used him for several years now. He is very good and always on time. He is very professional and reasonable in pricing. He will come back and redo an area if a spot comes back.

We are extremely satisfied with their work. They are coming back in two weeks to clean our upholstery and our carpets. The man who came to do the work was extremely professional and there was absolutely no mess. You would have never known that he was even here!

He's super reasonable. He cleaned my oriental rugs for $120, the chair for $35 and the ottoman for $25. It's about those prices, but he did all 3 for $150. He's more of a local guy. It's a local company and it's not like a chain. He communicated well. He's very friendly and professional. He's a nice chap too. The quality of work is great. He's on time. I've been using him for a couple of years. He's a nice guy.

Mr. Dressler did an excellent job and was very pleasant and professional. We definitely plan to use him again.

He came, discussed the source of different stains on my cream wool carpet, and then cleaned it. He was very courteous and professional. The rug looked really great when finished. I would hire him again. His price was very reasonable.

Joe Dressler came to my house to drop off the five clean rugs and to clean my carpet in two rooms. As I was working to help move furniture so that Joe could clean the carpets and lay down the rugs, Joe asked me if I (a woman) live alone. When I replied that I do live alone, Joe inappropriately commented "that sucks". After Joe Dressler was done cleaning the carpets, I asked him if he wanted my help laying down the carpets. Joe said that he did not have time to lay down the carpets because he had another job to get to. I asked him how I was supposed to get the carpets down by myself and he shrugged as if to say "that's your problem lady". He said that he had put the carpets in the room that they were supposed to go in and that was all he was going to do. This was not true: there were three carpets that were supposed to go upstairs that Joe left in the kitchen and in the dining room. I am now stuck with five rolled up carpets and I have no idea how I am going to get them upstairs and rolled out underneath my furniture by myself. Yes, I guess it does "suck" to live alone when there are people like Joe Dressler in the world. I can't comment on the quality of the job- I have no idea how well my carpets have been cleaned as they are still rolled up and wrapped in plastic.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEM. THEY SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE ON TIME. THERE WAS NO WAITING AND THEY GAVE ADVICE ON THINGS. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICES WERE VERY FAIR.
