CUSTOM SHEDS

Everything went as planned in the suggested time frame. Reference for crushed stone was good and the vendor delivered as promised. On-site delivery of the shed was flawless and the employee very knowledgeable and skilled. The wooden ramp that came with the shed was not well trimmed resulting in one door hanging up when closing. Phone call to the owner elicited some resistance but he agreed to replace the ramp. After several weeks with no action I called again and he said his employee had been here on a certain date (no prior appointment and we were not home) and found nothing wrong. I insisted he replace the unit and he said he would with delivery in the next week or so from the manufacturer after which he would call me for an installation date. Nothing heard from him since. The issue is minor and I can correct it, the ground is now frozen so swapping out ramps would be a problem. Decided not to pursue it but not happy with the owner's general attitude. He is building a self-serve carwash on his adjacent lot and I believe he is not focused on his shed business at this time.

THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION. THERE WASN'T MUCH SPACE AND THEY MANAGED TO DO IT. WE LIKE THEM AND WE LIKED THE WORK THAT WE SAW. PLUS, IT WAS BUILT LOCALLY AND NOT SENT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. WE HAD BEEN TO SEVERAL AND THEY WERE THE ONES WE LIKED, WE LIKED THEIR WORK VERY MUCH AND THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE.
