Excellent. New roof looks great. Needless to say, there was a lot of debris involved removing old roof. It was messy for sure. The cleanup to my property was super. After a long day- after the crew left, looking back from my driveway to my property, there was my house with a beautiful new roof and no junk/debris whatsoever. Perfect --- all around. Great company, so glad I chose the Cousins Construction Co. Great bunch of guys. They certainly know the roofing business. I have been recommending them to my family and friends.

It went pretty good. They couldn't schedule right away but once they did, they did a good job.

This was a mistake in the window ordered. The make was the same and went with the order the roofer brought.

The job went great, quality work, great price, great warranty and fit our tight schedule. Jason was a pleasure to deal with. He was the only contractor who stated up front we didn't need a whole new roof. Because we're looking to sell our house this summer we preferred to have the 20 y/o torch down replaced and were hoping to have the work completed by end of April. He was only one of two contractors who offered a torch down. All the others recommended EPDM with estimates $800-$2000 higher. Jason explained the job in detail and provide fascia options that resulted in easier long term maintenance. The original job included only the rotted gutter side fascia to be replaced but at the last minute I asked for the other two sides to be replaced as well. We agreed that I would reinstall the motion sensor flood light but Jason's crew reinstalled it at no additional cost because access to the wiring was easier while the fascia was being installed. The crew was friendly and did a great job keeping the work area and our yard clean during and after the work.

Fast and the new roof looks fantastic!

Jason came within 24 hours and completed the job quickly. He was knowledgeable, professional and fairly priced. Saved me from further damage from incoming rains. Would definitely use him again.

Two men came out, they took the snow off my roof and explained everything well. We found them to be very intelligent and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.

Outstandingly well- far surpassed my expections. My initial discussions included work that needed to be done, options available for roofing, guarantees on work and material, timetable and price. The team arrived each day as promised. Clean up was performed at the end of each day and upon conclusion. The team was professional , friendly and respectful of my house and surrounding property . The final product looks great. I could not be happier with my entire relationship with Cousins .

Jason and his crew were awesome. This is how a service contract is supposed to go. I was quoted a fair price, the job was started within a week and finished in two days. These guys work hard and are careful to clean up after each day. I met with other contractors and after talking with Jason for a few minutes I knew I had the right guy. He has a lot of experience under his belt and his pitch was straight-forward with zero pressure to sign. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks again guys!

I had a leak in my Slate Roof. After calling Cousins Construction Jason the owner responded the next day. I was very impressed with his expertise and proposed solution to my problem. I had the Proposal that evening and was given a tentative start date. Now I am a Tradesmen and know Craftsmanship when I see it. Let me just say that Gilbert their Slate Expert was one of the finest Craftsmen I have seen in a very long time, he was informative and respectful. His attention to detail not only the repair but also the cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommenced these Guys for your Sate work. They are very Professional and you get what you paid for,

Couldn't have gone better! They started when they said they would, and completed the project when they promised and cleaned up after themselves.

We had our ridge line repaired by another local roofing company and they did not do a very good job. Jason was able to see what they did wrong, fixed it quickly and took care of a few other minor repairs. He also told us the life expectancy of our roof. Very professional and highly recommend! We will be using Cousins Construction when it's time to replace the roof.

- Everything went great!!!! - If you are looking for someone to replace your roof, make sure you call Cousins Construction. - Their crew is very skilled, knowledgeable and easy to work with. - Initially we were looking to repair our roof. When we talked with Cousins, they said the roof was beyond repair and would only quote the replacement. So, we hired another roofing company to repair it, and things didn’t go well. This other company didn’t come back when we still had problems. We came to realize that Cousins was correct, and called them back to have the roof replaced. - They are very professional, hardworking, and did a great job cleaning up after they finished. - Cousins also backs up their work! One issue I have had with other contractors is that they are happy to take your money for the work up front, and then you never hear from them when you have an issue. Cousins isn’t this way. We had a problem after to work was first completed and they responded right away to correct the issue, and stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was okay.

The roofing project went very well. The Cousins Const. employees were polite, prompt, and cleaned up the site. The weather was not nice, it snowed, but the guys worked through it. It's refreshing to receive what you paid for and not be disappointed. I had a problem with a valley in my roofline, and Jason came up with a solution, that seem to work with our 1st snow fall. When my roof needs total replacement, Cousins has my business. Highly recommend.

Excellent!!!! The price was perfect...In fact they had quoted us a price 1-1/2 years earlier and stayed with that quote....The team arrived on time, they were polite, clean and not a bit of bad language as you my expect from a construction crew. I know that happens because I was a carpenter for most of my life. As soon as they got here, with a minimum of four workers, they got to work. The quality of work was excellent and their clean up was spotless. I waited to post this because I wanted a good rain to check for leaks....NOT A ONE!!! Thank you Cousins.

The estimator who came out spent the most amount of time examining the property and explaining the scope of the job of any of the 5 companies I had provide an estimate. He was also the only estimator to actually get up on the roof. After agreeing to the contract and advising that I was going to be traveling at the end of the month, the company was very flexible in scheduling to get the roof completed prior to my commencement of travel. On the scheduled day, the work crew showed up early, and was performing demolition less than 30 minutes after arriving on site. They took care to ensure that any damage to plants and property (both mine and other people's) would be minimized as much as possible given the slate, and got right to work. Upon discovery that their supplier had made a mistake and sent the wrong materials, the foreman was very up front about what happened and what steps were being taken to make it right. This extended the replacement to a second day, but the entire resolution involved no additional cost or trouble on my part. Before leaving for the day, the crew made sure that all the grounds were cleaned up and everything was put away neatly. The following day, the crew was on site exactly when it was said they would be, and they spent the day completing the job. Cleanup was performed exactly as with the day before, with minimal residual materials from the multiple demolitions performed over the 2 days. I'm very pleased with the work that was done, and the roofs look great.

Excellent job. They arrived at 8 am. and were done by 11 am. I haven't found a nail or a scrape on the ground after they finished. The only minor issue is that they didn't tell us when they were coming. That wasn't a problem for us as we were home when they arrived and could move our cars out of the way.

We just had Cousins Construction replace our roof on Monday and they did a fantastic job! From meeting with Jason for the estimate, to working with Chuck and his crew on the day of installation, to the quality of workmanship, I couldn't be happier with their friendly service. They cleaned the entire property after the job was done and you wouldn't even know they were there, other than seeing my beautiful brand new roof. Excellent. I received estimates from other contractors, but Cousins was the only one that I felt reassured that they had considerable knowledge and experience in installing low slope modified bitumen roofs. Their estimator came to my home the day after I called the company. The work was scheduled the following day. Workers and a supervisor arrived at my home promptly on the appointed day and time, completing the installation at 2:00 pm. Their installer took time to explain to me exactly what was done, problems solved, and issues with the installation of the prior roof.
