Were scheduled to be at our house at 11:00.ow 1:20 and they have not showed or called. Try to call them and mailbox is full. Told them to cancel. DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS.

They cleaned everything fine. The seats broke down Wednesday, he said he would be back Thursday, but he got another job. He said he'd be back Saturday at around 10 am, but I got a call at 10:30. He said he would give us a discount but apparently, it was not for the price. I would not recommend him for this kind of service..

Dave and Jerry arrived as expected. Dave asked me to walk him through the house and show him what I wanted cleaned. Jerry then pretreated the carpeting while Dave set up the equipment. They worked quickly and efficiently and before I knew it, the carpets were finished. I then realized that I'd forgotten to tell Dave I wanted the sofa and chairs cleaned. They would have preferred to do them first, but they quickly went to work and did a very thorough job on the furniture. They again vacuumed the carpet. I paid with a credit card and they left me in a much cleaner, fresher house. I would recommend this company and will use them again.

This is the second time I used Clean Master Pro. I have used other companies that I was not totally happy with - either because of service or professionalism. This company both times did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They are fast, efficient and it is amazing how nice and new the carpets look after they have visited! On our loft there was an area that we weren't aware the cat was using as his pee area - the staff spent extra time on that area and gave me tips on how to neutralize the odor in the future. They didn't charge me extra for the neutralizer they applied. They also spot cleaned an area of our couch that our toddler spilled milk or something on - it came out perfect and again there was no extra fee (it was a small area.) They noticed our hardwood flooring in one room of the house that hasn't been sealed - was like that when we moved it. They informed me of the importance of sealing it and gave me an estimate - I wasn't aware that they did this type of work but will likely pursue the job with them when we are ready. My only complaint was in reaching them to schedule an appointment. - I called twice and left two messages - I didn't receive a response for so long that I almost went with a different company. Thankfully they did finally respond, and I had held off on going elsewhere because I liked them so much the first time. We will absolutely use them again this spring!

Dave was extremely professional, on-time and quick with his work. The carpets looked great when they were done.

They were professional from the first call to the minute they left. The were very helpful and kind.And above all my carpets look better than ever before. They are the best!!
