Very well. The crew worked hard, were very pleasant and efficient. Andy Angus responds quickly to any questions asked. Wonderful to work with.

Organizing 3 moves was a logistical nightmare for me, but Clark handled all of it professionally and quickly. All the crew that worked with us was polite, asked questions when they were not sure of something and very respectful of our belongings. They worked within the estimated time frame, so there were no surprise charges (actually was less than estimated). I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving.

Upon unloading the truck, we realized previous tenant was not fully out of the apartment. The movers arranged the boxes and furniture so that we all had move to room and did it quickly with a smile

It went great. The movers were easy to work with, knew what they were doing. Pleasant. A small table leg was broken and after the move I found a broken glass lamp shade. I did not choose extra damage coverage. I saw the table leg break. It was not due to negligence. We would hire them again.

We called them on or about 11/05/15. We needed the sofa removed from an upstairs bedroom and delivered to a home in Ballston Spa. We made an appointment for between 8:30 and 9:30 AM on 11/11/15. They arrived on time and the two men were very professional and courteous.The sofa is 34" high, 32" deep & 85" long with non removable legs. The bedroom door is 30" wide. The movers menuvered the door out of the room and down the stairs without a hitch, which is why we wanted professionals. It was raining so the covered the sofa with mats.

2 minor furniture damages discovered so far. Not fully unpacked yet, but very few items broken and we have no anticipation of missing items except for ironing board (which may have been overlooked by the initial packers as well as us). A few items were not packed logically - I discovered the caster legs to my adjustable bed in our wheel barrow after 2 weeks of searching for them. All in all, a pretty good experience considering that they packed and delivered the entire contents of our 1450 sq. ft. home plus garage and shop contents. Andy Angus at Clark Moving was definitely professional and serviced us better than we expected from a moving company.

Arrived at 9am, packed truck by 12:30pm. Arrived at new apartment at 1)05pm, done loading by 3pm. Movers wer efficient and courteous.

It was local only 15 minutes away. It only took them five hours altogether. The 3 men were very polite!! Nothing got damaged or broken.

Clark provided an estimate that was better than the other company we contacted. Andy patiently and promptly answered all of my questions on the phone and by email. The Van arrived on time on the day of the loading and Phil, the driver, and the packing and loading crew loaded everything in the van and were pleasant during the entire process. We had one person who packed our kitchen and a few fragile items. While he worked rather slowly, nothing that he packed arrived broken. However, we discovered a box in the garage and a drawer in the kitchen that had been overlooked. When Clark was notified of this, they sent us a check for $50 and we FedExed the items that had been overlooked ourselves. Our possessions arrived in 9 days. The crew in San Diego was professional, efficient, and pleasant. Overall, the experience was excellent and we would recumbent Clark/Mayflower to anyone.

The three-men team arrived at my parents' house shortly after 8:00, well before the promised time of 9:00. They were able to fit the large truck into a narrow driveway that had slate walls on either side. They worked very quickly and only spent about 45 minutes there. The team arrived at the old house shortly thereafter and made quick work, removing all the heavy stuff: Loveseat, TV, piano, crib, changing table, 2 dressers (one with a mirror), and bed. At the new house, they were very conscientious about not damaging either our items or the house (we have brand new floors/carpeting and fresh paint on all the walls). Everything was delivered exactly where we wanted. Throughout the entire process, they remained professional and polite. They were very friendly towards me and my entire family. From start to finish, they were there for 6 hours, 2 hours less than the quoted estimate. My only concern was a slight miscommunication between the estimator and the movers. They were unaware of the piano and told me they didn't have the correct equipment for it. However, rather than use the excuse to leave the piano there, they found a way to make it work.

I don’t remember their price but I know they were a little pricier than other moving companies, but they were available to do what I needed them to do. So I went with them. I was looking for people that were local and they were available to meet with us. It was an unusual situation in that I was moving very slowly out of one home into another. I had not sold the second one yet so I was not looking for a traditional move. I was looking for assistance just with large furniture. They seemed great and they were fine. They were very efficient and quick. They gave me a hand with additional items that I hadn’t thought of when I had met originally with the consultant or with the guy that comes out and meets with people to set up a contact. They seemed very careful. They had told me flat out that they were uneasy about moving one antique that I had, considering the durability of the piece which I definitely appreciated. I did have some issues with the washing machine after it was moved. It’s hard to tell why the difficulties arose, whether it was because of the move or whatever. They went above and beyond. I would consider them again in the future if I decide to move. I hopefully will be more organized in the future and I would be more timely with soliciting estimates.

Inquired about quote for local move. Responded next day with office # to set up in house estimate. When left after estimate, said would call with available dates for company to move me. Called back within couple of days. Scheduled date for move was 2 weeks further out than I preferred, but was firm. Because rates are hourly for local move, I was schedules for 7 hours because washer and dryer were being brought back to cohoes from Clifton Park, thus the increased cost. Crew of 3 (as quoted) arrived on time. Most stuff was in basement (including washer and dryer) that had a difficult narrow staircase. Crew moved fairly steadily. Got to Clifton park and I had problems with washer hook-up leaking and had to call plumber. Crew worked unloading other stuff while I got washer hook-up resolved. We were running close to time estimated as we arrived back at Cohoes with washer and dryer to be put in basement. Guys were obviously anxious to get wrap it up and get home. Got washer to basement stairs and I asked if they should be using straps. Supervisor asked workers if they wanted straps, workers said, "no". The 2 workers moving the machine were positioned backwards for a heavy object. (the tall one was at the bottom, the short one at the top. Supervisor told them to swap, but tall one didn't want to swap and ignored him. Supervisor then kept telling tall one to slow down, so other worker could keep up going down stairs. Once again the guy ignored him and went way too fast. They dropped the washer with a sickening crash. They then put a 3" hole in the drywall at the bottom platform. I don't know if machine works yet. This one incident (especially since supervisor had told workers to swap, slow down, and asked about straps too, is why my grade is so low. Overall the supervisor and one of the crew were very respectful of my stuff. Whenever they had a question, they asked me first. When the two movers brushed against a generator switch box and flipped several switches, they told me immediately. The only thing they didn't communicate was the 3" hole at the bottom of the stairs after they dropped the washing machine. The Supervisor was very professional during the complete move. I say I would use them again, but it would be after great reflection, because they did well (grade A work) during the majority of the move.

The packing and move out part went fine. The move in took about eight hours. There was a slow elevator to deal with, but it seemed endless, and I was billed for all the extra time, which was $600.00 more than the written estimate. A few weeks after the move, the moving company reimbursed me about $200.00, all on their own, I never asked for any money back. So that was an unexpected plus.

Clark Moving was fantastic. They were very professional and fast with giving a quote. The movers were really fantastic. They did the move within the estimate of cost and were fabulous. They moved us fast and did not break anything - nor did they scratch any wall. They were very friendly, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend Clark Moving and Storage!

Highly recommend!!! We interviewed several moving companies and Clark was hands down the best choice. They worked with us to keep the move within our budget and accommodated our changing time frame. The staff was punctual courteous and very efficient. They finished in less time than estimated and therefore the fee was less than anticipated. I was so pleased, that as a busy real estate agent, I have referred Clark Moving & Storage to many clients over the years and will continue to do so!!

I would absolutely recommend Clark's moving and storage. They moved us from Schenectady, NY to Gaffney, SC with over 2 months of storage. Everyone, with out excepti, was courteous, professional, thorough and careful with our belongings. Andy Angus and Jill (the move coordinator) always returned my phone calls promptly and answered all of my questions. We had no breakage or damage to any of our furnishings. They made a stressful time much easier. The only suggestion I would make is to reconsider how much paper wrapping is used in the packing process - particularly for things like rubber sandals, crocs, sneakers, plastic kitchen utensils and things of that nature. Far too much paper was wasted. Other than that, everything was great.

Everything went very well, all 3 of the movers were very polite and very helpful. They also were very careful handling my things, they were very punctual and very efficient. Would refer them to anyone planning to move.

The guys were very punctual and professional. They were careful when taking apart furniture and moving it. Everything was carefully wrapped and moved. We were very happy with their work.

No move is fun but Clark's professional handling of the packing and actual move made the whole process a lot less stressful. Andy, who handled the estimate and provided support throughout the move was both very professional and responsive. The packers were just great ... wish I had gotten their names. Carefully packed everything and supplied all the materials. They took most of the day on Thursday to pack things up and thoughtfully left me a bed and TV unpacked for the night. The movers arrived around 9 AM the next morning. Cheerful and ready to get to work. They came in 2 large trucks. All four worked very happily and quickly together. Their names are John Dantz, Joseph King, Bill Atchison and Ken Hayden. All assured me that I should just sit, relax and leave everything to them. Everything was loaded on the trucks by noon and we headed out for the forty minute drive to my new house. Upon arrival at my new house, all I needed to do was to direct them to the appropriate rooms for each box or piece of furniture. They worked quickly and efficiently, reassembling everything they had dismantled. They were done by 5PM. All in all, it was a great experience with a moving company and I know that is not always the case. Having spent the last 3 weeks unpacking, I can say that I have not as yet noticed anything damaged or missing. On the pricey side but I believe this is a case of you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about Clark Moving & Storage. They were scheduled to arrive at 9:30 am and were there early which was great. They were very friendly and professional. John in particular was so great! He make the process of moving which can be tiring and unpleasant, actually fun. Both guys were great about making sure everything we were moving ended up in the right location in the new house. Even better, the price came in below what they quoted us which is great! I highly recommended Clark Moving & Storage for any moving needs you have!

We had Clark's move furniture from my mother in laws apartment to storage for a few months then moved to our garage. I was originally told that the quote I was given would cover both moves but we were charged an additional cost for the second move. Overall the cost was reasonable so it wasn't that big a deal but I would get written clarification of exactly what is included in the quote. Movers were on time. They were slow but careful.

My overall experience with them was good. They got us where we were going and they didn't break anything. It was generally good. The price was good. The thing that colors my experience is just one of their staff who was not very good; the rest of them were great.

Everything went very well. Timely and no damage to any items whatsoever.
