They were awful. Left tools behind, didn't install cover, charged for chemicals they didn't use, refused to come back to finish.

They failed to store the cover, leaving it on the pool deck. They did not assemble the pools cleaning system and left important valves and covers disassembled. The did not open the “waterfall” system nor did they clean out the skimmers, add any chemicals or prime the pump. They left tools and garbage onsite. Essentially all they did was remove the cover and remove some of the plugs. I wrote them a polite letter asking that they compete the work or refund the amount paid. I got an email back that the owner would review and contact me but I heard nothing else.
Description of Work: Company was hired to open pool for the summer season, including: removing and storing cover, removing plugs, flushing lines, adding initial chemicals, cleaning traps, removing debris, starting and priming pumps.
