Fabulous work, made my bathroom look new even though is was only a partial renovation. Will hire them again for the rest of the renovation.

Excellent service. A bit pricey for my wallet but I value customer service. I have hired contractors before and although they did a good job their customer service skills were not good and I never hired them again. Boss Pro Plumbingâ s work was excellent. Went over and beyond to help me. I would hire them again.

Boss Pro did an excellent job putting in a new drainage system for my kitchen sink and dishwasher. It was a great experience.

Ask how much before they do the work!!! Great guys, but 5+K was charged for 2 water cutoffs and outdoor spigot. Didn't get a breakdown of labor/parts. Left 2 messages, no response. Work completed and done well, but had I asked how much, I never would have hired them.

I called the to fix a heater did not tell me how much the parts would be and also they just gave me a total of how much everything going to be quoted me $ 2100 I said OK fine so I end up paying them with PayPal they told me PayPal is going to be charging Them a service fee I said OK no problem they end up charging me $2436 so I reach out to them they told me that PayPal did not pay them I said oh k . I checked I said OK but PayPal is telling me you guys are paid I even sent them the receipt that PayPal provided me so I asked them to send me the receipt of them not getting the money from PayPal the reject payment they sent me some nonsense and I realize in the receipt they sent me when they transferred the money to another account that same day I I went to cash app and pay them before I made the final payment to them of $1000 I realize on the receipt they were lying I reach out to them and explain it to them and not they realize that they got paid on 24 December so I asked them to to send me the difference that is $1436.00 .they receive because of my account being negative because of all this nonsense the guy told me the only way he could pay me is credit for Service and he will provide me service he refuse to give me back my money not. I am gonna report him to PayPal I am reporting him to cash app because the name he gave me for the cash app is not even the business name and I am trying to report them to the Better Business Bureau because they saying they did not receive a payment they got I wish I can add the Phone call record I have of them please people if you guys are dealing with these type of people record everything every phone call anything record record record thank God I was smart enough to do it.

Was very surprised on how fast they responded to my call. They gave me an estimate for the job, started work with no hesitation, finishing within the timeframe they gave me. They are experienced, knowledgeable, professional and very polite, nice guys. Very happy with their work...can't say enough!

Iâ m glad I got these guys. They showed up 45 minutes after I called them and their work was top notch. They used flexible steel hoses and put a mat under the water heater which prior installers never bothered to do. It was like they were doing work for their own family. Highly recommend.

Was pleasantly surprised by their timely response to provide an estimate, and then started work immediately following. I discovered my water heater leaking around 2 and by 7:30 they were done and gone. Really nice guys too. Would definitely use again and have no problem recommending them.
