This was an emergent job as we had no shower.Avi called me just after posting on Angieâ s list. Job was difficult but Avi & Bachan figured it out and I now have my shower back! The cost was a bit more than I thought,but the job was very well done. Thanks again to Boss Plumbing. Jim Rogers

Two plumbers worked to replace a leaking toilet. I put an inquiry out on Angieâ s list and heard back within a few minutes. Was pleasantly surprised that they had completed a job and were able to fit me into their schedule. Both men were very courteous, showed me each step of the process so I understood the nature of the repair. Did excellent work, cleaned up after project was done. Would call Boss for future projects in a heartbeat!

Thank excellent work, they politely called 2x to make me aware of delays in meeting at our home. However the wait was well worth it, price was great as well as the quality abs speed of work

Were guessing what the problem was, cut the wall out when we told them were the problem was. They did not fix the leak, they put the wrong materials on the wrong parts. They did not glue it properly but used rubber and a clamp instead. Now we have a bigger leak coming on to the bathroom downstairs. The damage is much worse. Coming from the rubber were thay connected the parts.

Needed a pool heater connected and Boss Plumbing stated they are licensed. Used your service because I was told it is a reputable service who hire reputable and honest people?not the case. Avi and Bachman scammed me of $700 and never connected the pool heater in addition applied an unknown ointment on my pipes. Not a hoot customer at all. Contacted Avi and he stated I needed to wait 2-3 days for heater to work clearly not the case. I contacted and called him again and have not heard from him. Super disappointed with my experience!! Looking to recover my money somehow.

The installation of the hot water tank was great. I was not happy that they did not drain any water from the old tank, I believe that once they determined that they could not empty the water anywhere in the basement except outside they just left it. I am in my seventies and I had to do it the next day so I could move the tank.

Love HomeAdvisor! Boss Plumbing was great! Very professional but not stand-offish. They went above and beyond installing my hot water tank. The home advisor app would not let me make a payment. They drove my husband to the bank, he could only take out so much and it was my account. They drove BACK to my house to pick me up and went BACK to the bank! You do not find many people like that. The crew at Boss Plumbing is extremely professional and responsive. Quick turnaround time from quote to installation. I needed a big plumbing job with multiple issues all of which they fixed and replaced with solid skill. I felt the price to be reasonable and fair compared to the size and scope of work. They also responded immediately and returned to take care of a couple quick fixes. They were courteous and informed me of the work they did and why I was having issues. They inspected their work along with me and remained COVID compliant throughout the job. I highly recommend them!

They arrived the day after my initial contact on time and prepared to install my hot water heater which had broken. They were courteous, friendly and professional. All the work was completed quickly and efficiently. I really liked these two guys and they really did a great job. I honestly didn't check around for pricing and think I may have paid more than I might have if I shopped around; the labor cost was quite a lot. But the ability to get the heater replaced quickly was important and I have no major issues. Nice job all around!

They respond d quickly ,found the leak and repaired it,did neat and clean work , and made sure I had their phone number in case I had any problems.

I am giving a 2 for customer service because they refunded half of the money I spent. We contacted Boss plumbing to fix a leak in my basement. The leak was coming from one of the bathrooms upstairs. The plumbers mentioned the shower pan needed to replaced and part of the piping needed to be redone. They mentioned a lot of things. Gave us a quote for 225. We knew it would be a lot of work and 225 for all of that sounded too good to be true. Turns out, it was too good to be true. As soon as my husband left work, leaving only my mother in law in the house, These gentlemen proceeded to sloppily place caulk in 3 small sections of my shower (only 2 sides) and call it a day. My husband had already started applying caulk to our shower and if told that is all that was going to be done, we never would have paid them. So to be completely clear. We were given the impression different work was going to be done and that it would appear neat and professional. My 7 year old could have done a neater job than these pros. I would also like to mention, while they are **free estimates**. The company charges 50 dollars as a **booking fee** I am happy that I received at least half of my money back but am still disappointed in the quality of work that was completed and is in the process of removing their work so we can redo ourselves. I would not contact this company again.

COULD NOT BE MORE IMPRESSED. THEY CAME QUICKLY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL. DID THE JOB THAT DAY AND CLEANED UP. ANOTHER COMPANY I CALLED SAID THEY COULD COME LOOK AT IT IN 5 DAYS WHEN ITS A WATER HEATER YOU CANNOT WAIT. THANK YOU SO MUCH I WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND YOU TO MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.

They came and fixed my leaking toilet and did so in a very neat and efficient manner. I have them returning today to start a new job for me. Installing 2 new bathroom vanities, and a new toilet. I have already given a couple friends their contact information so they can use them as well.

They do extremely good work and they follow up with their clients to make sure that you are satisfied!
