I called this company on a Monday morning and after several hours the owner called me back. Joe stated he would be at my house before noon the next day. When Tuesday came I received no visit or phone call. I called Wednesday morning at 9:45am and left a message. I stated that I would like a call back regarding the trimming of a small tree. I never received a call. This company only lives 2 miles from my house. Its now Thursday and I'm looking for another company.

Our beautiful 60 year old Blue Spruce was blown down and landed on our picket fence - only 30 feet from the front door of our house. Best Tree was the second service that we called ( the first never showed up). Best Tree came to see the tree within 10 minutes! of our call. He has his business nearby. He came back, with his trucks early the next morning and did a professional job. He has all the big equipment necessary for the job , which included removing the stump. We are very pleased.
Description of Work: Removed 60' blue spruce that was downed during Hurricane Irene. They removed the tree and stump.
