Description of Work: He re-glazed 1963 cast iron tub from its original pink to china white. Recaulked tub where it met with surrounding wall tile. Re-sealed bottom edge of tub where it met the floor. Glazing included no-slip tub surface in the bottom. Came for an estimate on an earlier date, including a look at the condition of the tub (would it need repairs, did the faucet leak, were surrounding tiles OK, etc.). Arrived on time both days. Answered questions. Bathroom clean and ready to use when he was finished (except for curing time for glazing). Terrific! Just what I wanted.

+ -1 moreThey came in at the end of a major addition/renovation and refinished our old clawfoot tub we were looking to reuse. They showed up when they said they would and were very professional. They called in advance to make sure we had not forgotten and confirmed the time to meet as well. They draped and taped off the entire bath area to keep the new finish clean and to contain the chemicals used. The finished product looks as good as a brand new tub. We have been using it for over a year with no issues. It cleans easy and has not lost any of its luster. In the end it saved us hundreds (at least) over what we were going to pay for a new clawfoot tub and we got the look we were going for!
Description of Work: Came in to our home and cleaned our old clawfoot tub, which was rust-stained and covered with slight blemishes like chips and paint drops. Then sprayed it with a new durable finish that makes it look brand new. The whole process took one day, but I think there was a 3 or 4 day wait before we could use the tub afterward to ensure the finish dried correctly.

+ -1 moreMr Clark did a fantastic job!!!! Dealing with him was a wonderful experience from the estimate to the completion of the job. He showed up everyday on time and worked hard all day. When he left for the day everything was neatly cleaned up. We couldn't be happier with the finished project. The bathtub is beautiful. It looks brand new!!! The price was fair and well worth it. We highly recommend BathWise to anyone wanting to spruce up the bathroom without spending an outrageous amount of money.

+ -1 moreNo work was done. I have nothing but admiration for a person who gave a honest opinion that would not result in an immediate sale, instead of grabbing for the quick buck.
Description of Work: I described the fine line crack that I had in my fiberglass tub and asked if this was fixable. After completely understanding the nature of the problem, he advised not to repair a superficial crack at this time. If however a leak developed, he described the repair he could do and the approximate cost. His response and advice was very professional. There is no question in my mind that I would hire him should the need arise

+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job. He is very competent, punctual, and well organized. He is also extremely neat, because, even with the spray process, there was no mess left behind. When he said he was coming, he would be here. He even came back because we had a problem with the glass doors, and he was nice enough to come back and recaulk ,and he didn't charge us.

+ -1 moreEverything went smoothly. Bob showed up on time to do the estimates and the actual work. He is thorough and very neat and organized. He screened off most of the bathroom with plastic, so there was no overspray. He cleaned up the project very well. We would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Bob resurfaced two bathtubs. One was in good shape, but we changed the color to white. The other was in pretty rough shape. Bob was meticulous in prepping and refinishing both tubs. The work for each one took a little less than a day. Bob was extremely professional. Both tubs look brand new.

+ -1 moreHe did everything he had promised when he visited to make a proposal. The result is very good and the tub was completely usable 24 hour later.
Description of Work: He prepped the cast-iron tub, including chipped enamel and rust spots, removed old caulking, completely covered the rest of the bathroom, and applied multiple coats of enamel, with non-skid material on the bottom of the tub, and finished with a hard seal. All of this was done between 8:30 A.M and 4:00 P.M.

+ -1 moreBob was very professional and great to work with. He came when we agreed and worked very hard. He was very meticulous in his work and did an amazing job. He took an ugly blue tub/shower and refinished it to a lovely almond color. It looks brand new. I would highly recommend him to others!
Description of Work: Bathtub and surround refinished with new color. Shower doors removed. We chose to have the tub refinished over replaced because we have an odd-sized tub. Replacement would have cost much more.
