Allura Solar, Inc., is a locally owned, full service solar design and installation company. We specialize in solar electric PV systems, solar thermal and solar heating. Educated consumers know that solar is a smart energy choice for alleviating the long-term stress of volatile energy price increases. The process to determine if solar is right for you is very simple. We will first review your home via satellite. About 80% of all homes have enough Sun hitting their roofs or backyards to make solar feasible. If considered feasible, we will come out to perform a free onsite solar analysis. Using this information, we will design the most appropriate system for your needs and the one that will offer you the best return on your investment. Allura Solar, Inc., is both a certified NYSERDA solar PV and solar thermal installer. We are also NABCEP certified for both olar PV and solar thermal. NABCEP is national certification for solar PV and solar thermalinstallations. We handle all state, local and utility paperwork, design and install your system, warranty your system and provide any needed service after installation. Description of Work: Installed ground mounted PV Solar system. Everything went well except a electrical circuit to the garage was cut and never repaired. Company provided credit for the repair.

Description of Work: We had a 9.8 kw solar electric system installed on our roof. We went with Allura because they offered a good price on the Sunpower panels that we wanted. They were several months behind on the installation from the date they quoted us, but they said it was due to trouble getting the panels from the Sunpower. They did refund us several months of our electric bill to make up for the delay. The price above includes a $17000 rebate we will get from state and federal taxes, so total after that will be $21000. Our project manager, Dan Harris, was very professional and made sure everything was done right and double-checked.
