+ -1 moreContract signed on July 20th 2020 Tom Hesler owner said the third week of September he would start job, on the laundry room and closet well that week came and gone, sent text to Tom on Sept. 26th expressing my concern that he didn't show up as he stated he would on the third week of Sept. Asked him to respond with a firm date in early Oct. to start job. He call me back shortly after I sent the text, he said he would be over next Saturday to start the job that date is today Oct 3rd. I also sent him a text on Oct. 1st asking what time they would be here on Saturday morning, no response. I left message on home phone today Oct 3rd expressing my disappointment that he did not honor his word and start the job today. I also said at this point I just want my deposits back in the amount of $1100.00 I also asked him to respond to that request, will see what happens, so bottom line, I would not hire them again and I do hope other potential customers take my situation in to consideration. Not good at all, now stuck trying to get my money refunded and I have no laundry room.
Description of Work: build laundry room and closet in spare room, prepare all walls for painting
