I am so pleased with my shiny New furnace and air conditioning unit, installed by Adams Heating. They showed up on time, worked meticulously, answered all my questions. And now I’m comfortable in my house.

Once again great people serviced my house, Kyle G. and Paul P. Installed furnace and air conditioning units. Answered all my questions, showed us how to run the equipment, cleaned up afterwards. Even moved old air conditioning pad to my backyard. Very trustworthy, honest, and did great work. Thanks so much!

Adam’s has a team of friendly professionals from beginning to end. We bought the house last year and needed to initiate service for our furnace. The woman in customer service had us booked quickly, on a day convenient for us. The service technician, Matt, called prior to arrival to let us know he was on his way. I can’t say enough good things about this young man. He was courteous, got right to work, answered all our questions and explained everything. He quoted all service he could perform while he was here and asked if it was okay to proceed. He took the time to look at all the radiators and recommend appropriate course of action on future service. He was knowledgeable and confident. If he is the future of the heating and cooling business, it will be in good hands. With employees like these interacting with their customers and the service we received, we will remain solid customers. We recommend this company and ask for Matt if you can get him!

Donye and Will were awesome at installing our new hot water tank. They were super professional walked me through everything I needed to know about the tank: valves shutoff, temperature controls etc. we barely noticed they were in our home worked very quickly and efficiently. And just genuinely nice and personable young men who worked hard. We can finally shower so I am very very grateful!!!

Michael called, then showed up on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the things he needed to do at the beginning of the service call and throughout his time here. He offered advice when asked questions about the system. We like the fact that there is an optional yearly service contract offered.

When our furnace past away I called Adams Heating. Mike the Tech came to our home to access the situation. He game us the options and we decided on purchasing a new energy efficent unit.Mike was easy to work with. The salesman Eric ? showed us the models to choose from and gave us price quotes. After a few days the crew came to our house today and are installing the new unit. Not having a furnace in mid January is an eye opener. Thank you Adams Heating for your professional service.

Excellent! As my mother-in-law is 96 years old, Adams very graciously served us on a Saturday morning, when Monday would have been their next appointment! Very professional, excellent teamwork, respectful demeanour and language, clean, neat, and good instructions/information before they departed. We couldn't.t have asked for more. THANK YOU!

Everything went fine. ...installers verified the job to be done before start up...very friendly and professional. After install, everything was explained and answered any questions. Rick & Jake in the office and Steve & Scott handling the install work was completed just in time ahead of a heat wave of 90’s+. Originally scheduled about 10 days later the Adams TEAM was able to bring additional install teams on board during the Pandemic and used a Saturday morning to complete my install. A wonderful job!
