Accurate Pest Control goes above and beyond. They are honest, dependable and knowledgeable. Their skill set is much more than just pest control. I had a porch attached to the back part of my house that ended up causing water damage to my living area. They were able to tear down the back porch that was beyond repair from sitting unrepaired. They contained the damaged and molded area while work was in progress for the health and safety of my son and I, which I am beyond thankful for!! Removed the mold and water damaged material with ease. They reframed the interior and exterior living room wall and door with the highest quality of workmanship. OMW do you know that there are really angels that come into your life at stressful times? I purchased a home that had mold, ants and, well, it needed immediate attention. I used Accurate for both and they are the best of the best! Mike was concerned and responsive. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND any service I have ever hired. He worked around my schedule, was available for all my concerns and panic over getting these jobs done so I could move in. I was pressed for time (this house took forever to purchase and the issues were much worse than the inspection revealed). I can tell you this, you won't go wrong with using this business. I wish all the people I have to deal with now (plumbers etc) were as quick, efficient and caring as this company. I had to drop off a check at the offices of Accurate for the mold remediation and all the staff, every single one, were delightful (as well as a little dog that was like a welcoming committee!). You CAN count on this company to do the best work for a good price.

I've been using Accurate Pest Control for about 7 years. They call to schedule the regular monthly service, always show up on time and have kept my home pest free. Very happy with their service and the team members that come to my home.

They came the next day, removed the squirrel and relocated it.

They did a great job. They came back on a fixed schedule to remove them from the traps and rebait the traps. i was very happy with them and have used them for other services: bee hive removal because i am allergic, mole removal and any other pest control issues i have had. And they are always very responsive.

After moving into a house that had critters (bees, bats, mice), I use Accurate Pest Control on a monthly basis. They are always a pleasure to work with and I feel like I could call them in any emergent situation to deal with any issues. The whole crew has treated our family with great professionalism and I'm so appreciative of them keeping our house bug and rodent-free!

A squirrel entered into the chimney and was building nest. Mike and his team responded within 30 minutes to assess the situation. They successfully trapped for a couple days and then returned for phase 2. They screened entry ways and cleaned out nest. Prior work that I had done by a different company many years ago had been damaged by animals. Mike and his team fixed those areas and are currently monitoring for mice and bats. They have installed a bat one-way door and plan on returning for phase 3 in late summer. Mike and his team were responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I gave a B for price because I did not have time to get any other quotes as a comparison; however, I am pleased with the service and work of the company...especially for a Sunday afternoon emergency call. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I still use them. I just call them, each time they come and I am very happy with them. They show up when they say they are going to show up. I call them and they'll come when they can come or when I can meet them. I am always somebody that treats me as a customer and values the customer, that's what I like. They do the work and do inside and outside. It is okay for what I am getting. I don't remember me getting upset about the price. For what I get I am happy. It is excellent.

Excellent service once again as this is our second home that accurate pest has serviced. Highly recommend them. Communication with office is excellent. Technician arrived at scheduled window. He was very professional in presenting our options in dealing with problem. Set traps and came back at agreed upon day. Removed mice and did come back twice for follow up.

After I called Accurate Pest Control I received a call from the office to set up an appointment for an associate to come to the house and do an interior and exterior inspection. The day after the inspection I received an email with a detailed proposal for eradication of the pests (bats in the attic and bedbugs in the house). The house needed several treatments, both for the bats and the bedbugs, but the technicians kept coming back until all of the bats and bugs were gone. On the first visit for treatment the technicians installed a monitor in the attic for the bats. After they had removed the bats and removed/replaced all of the insulation in the attic the technician came back to check a few times to make sure the bats were gone. Another technician came and sprayed all of the furniture, around the walls, etc. for the bedbugs. He also came back several times for these treatments. The technicians and the inspector kept coming back until they were satisfied that all of the pests were gone. To date we have not seen any bedbugs or had any bites, nor have we heard any more bats in the attic. Everyone associated with the company was very professional and pleasant, also very prompt. We were happy with the people we had dealt with at the office and the person who performed the inspection; we did not get another estimate. Therefore, we do not know how the cost compares with other pest control companies for the same services. We were very satisfied with the work that they did and their courteous, professional manner of all of the employees.

Matt was assigned to the case. He took a cursory look around to determine if the access point was evident. There were theories about the bathroom vents or the dryer vents, but neither panned out. Since I didn't have a way into the attic, Matt proceeded to cut an opening in one of my closet ceilings. I checked on the progress a couple of times, and it appeared he was having trouble. It turned out that he tried to cut the taped corners (where the ceiling meets the walls) but couldn't pull the sheetrock down. My first thought was that was because it was nailed there. I don't think he should have cut into the taped areas. Now I have a cob job of a hole in my closet with a piece of luan in place of the piece of sheetrock that was cut. He then placed moulding around the hole to cover the damage. The closet is a mess with the paper torn off the sheetrock, etc., but I just wanted things to be done with. I didn't bother to have anyone come back to fix it because they are pest control people, not contractors. I voiced my concern throughout the process, but once the hole was cut, I had no control over the situation. I was in the closest for something the other day, and noticed the piece of luan was not placed correctly, and it was impossible to close the hole sufficiently. My other issue is that I was told they would use have-a-heart traps, but it turned out not to be so. Highly disappointed.

After an initial assessment on 1/31/14, it was determined that my squirrel issue was confined to a corner of the eaves next to the chimney. Almost every day (not Sunday) for two weeks, they set 4-5 Hav-A-Heart traps at different spots in my yard. They picked them up early the next day. I only knew they were here because I work from home and my window overlooks the driveway. Towards the end of the second week, they came back with a huge ladder, cleaned out the squirrel nest, and sealed it up. I didn't have to do anything and I never even spoke to them after the first assessment.

Had a chipmunk in my house....it was a Sunday most pest control places are closed. Found Accurate Pest Control on Angie's List and saw they were open on Sunday. I called them at 11am and they were at my house by 2pm. Removed the chipmunk and came back at a later date to block off where the chipmunk was entering the house. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Accurate Pest Control was wonderful, magical, excellent, fabulous and very good. I don't know where the bugs went. They were very thorough. They were on time. They did what they said they're going to do. They sent very polite people. I can't say enough about them. All the things they said they could do, they did, including spiders and ants, all that gone inside and out. Their work was very effective. I'm just really happy with what I got from them. It doesn't smell but it works. They come when they say they're going to come. They do an effective job.

I have also used them in September of last year. They seemed to be reliable, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They solved my problem with carpenter ants. I thought that their price was reasonable. The quality of their work, their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were excellent. I will continue to use them next year but I will probably have them do pretreatment kind of things to make sure that I do not end up with the ants again. Even if I do not have carpenter ants, I use them to put up a barrier so that I do not get them.

An unknown animal entered from chimney flue into the fireplace smoke chamber. The animal made noise above damper at night. I called the first company to check the chimney during day time and they found nothing. The next day morning the mason came and checked the chimney from roof. He installed a sturdy cap after he confirmed that no animal was there. Actually he missed the animal because he could not see the complete smoke chamber from roof. So something happened that evening. The animal was sealed inside and tried extremely hard to get out. It made very terrible scratching noise with the damper. I called 3 animal exterminators who claimed to provide 24/7 emergency service. Darren was the only person who picked up the phone call, while the other two companies had no response even after I left voice message. Darren came after 30 minutes with all the available traps except raccoon trap. To our surprise, it was a big raccoon inside the chimney. He went up and took off the rain cap, so that the raccoon could escape later that night. He and his buddy came back the next day to confirm that the raccoon has left. Darren brought a camera to check the smoke chamber while his buddy looked down from roof at the same time. They put the cap back, and found the trace of raccoon. They set up two traps on its path for 4~5 days and check them every morning. In the end, we didn't trap the raccoon. The total cost includes $400 for emergency service and $400 for the following service with 1 year warranty of no animal in chimney. The cost is higher than what I expect. But they had quick response, prompt action, and provided professional service. I recommend you call them if you need 'emergency service', since you may also find they are the only company that demonstrates 24/7 service.

I was told by Cats Eye pest control that the reason I was seeing dripping in my foyer ceiling because I had honey bee nests behind the sheet rock. He gave me a $2,000+ extimate to remove the sheet rock, remove the bees nest, and replace and repaint sheet rock. I declined to sign the contract he put in front of me stating I was going to get another opinion. I then called Accurate Pest Control. They removed the 3 wasps nests outside my foyer. They also notices a dead squirrel in my yard and took that away. When he examined my foyer he said, and quot;I have to be honest with you I don't think you have honey bees in your ceiling. I think you have a ventilation problem.and quot; He said, they employ contractors that could fix the ventalation. I asked him to send me an estimate which he did. It was reasonable; but, I was in the middle of a kitchen renovation and have put off the ventilation issue until spring. I would recommend Accurate Pest Control for their honesty and fair price.

Matt was wpmderful. He came back several times trapping and checking on the progress. The squirrels were persisten,but so was Matt. Matt finally won. Attic clear of squirrels.

We thought the problem was finished in January after we had used Accurate Pest Control, but then after hearing more pests, we called them and they said they would be right there. They came back at no charge which is pretty rare. They guarantee their work and I was impressed that they followed through. They are very friendly, very on top of things, very professional and very knowledgable. I can sleep now, it was definitely worth using them.

Matt from Accurate Pest Control arrived to assess the situation. He determined where the mice had entered the house and he placed 5 traps to catch the mice. He returned every 2-3 days to check /reset the traps and he made about 5 visits. After the traps remained empty for several days, Matt closed up the access point that the mice were using to get into the house. The traps remained and when another mouse was caught, Matt reviewed all the outside areas of the garage to determine when entry was occuring. He sealed several small opening nears our garage door and we are now mouse free. The return visits were always scheduled at a time that was convenient for us (early morning) and Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. I hate mice and wished I had called them sooner to get the problem corrected!

This company is awesome. They are prompt, polite and thorough. I am allergic to bee stings and they modified the contract to accommodate me. Any time I see bees in the yard I can call them and they come to my house the same day, no additional charge. They have also trapped skunks for me. One time I had bats in the siding of my house and they came over in the evening, just before the bats left, and they plugged the hole. They are very responsive and I have never waited even 1 day whenever I've called them. I have contracted with them for 4 years and will continue to do so.

Went very well. Could not ask for anything better at a time we needed help the most.
