Description of Work: The reasons why they were coming was for leveling a 12 x 60 ft mobile home--a vacation place preparing for sale. I sent photos in advance; he quote was about $450+ for stabilizing. When I got there, the prices was $1400-1500. So I asked them to look at the roof for seal coating. They swept off the roof and took photos for roof repairs. He charged $100. I never received the photos. The price quoted for seal coating was $775--with refund of the $100, but much too high for me to consider. I also wanted some estimates for other repairs, but I was not able to record everything that was said in the time allowed and never got anything in writing to remember them all. It appeared to be much more than we could afford. I did want to figure out minimal repairs that could be done, but I never got full clarification of my questions about this, as requested. Further communication was difficult as I am mostly available by e-mail and prefer this method so I can keep track of the details and prices. I cannot call during the daytime due to work constraints. He was less available by e-mail. Although, I was willing to wait for replies. His prices appeared to be much more than I could afford just to make some repairs so I could sell the place. He appeared to be experienced and qualified, but not in my price range. It is not a home where the cost would be appreciated.
