The washing machine diagnosis was quick, 15 minutes, major repair under warranty with Lowe's and by Adam's recommendation, Lowe's provided us with a full refund!

Adam called me back and showed up to evaluate the problem the same day I reached out to him. He was very clear when explaining to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will call him if have any other appliance issue. Very much recommend him. It was expensive but you get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for - in the best possible sense! Adam is a consummate professional, and he bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. This included an immediate, same-day response to an urgent situation, and dedicated follow-up visit late in the evening. I am confident in Adam's commitment and abilities, and I will happily call on him again in the future.

I found in both instances, Adam was right on the mark when showing up for the scheduled appointments. His vehicle was spotless, to go along with his tool box being very organized and well stocked, with the proper tools needed to evaluate the issues that he was called on to look at. As well he introduced himself and was very contentious of our home and the appliances that he was working on, making sure that everything was put back together properly. I found that Adam was very efficient in his time spent at our home. He explained exactly what was wrong with each of the appliances. In the repair of the Dishwasher, Adam had the required part in stock, which saved time of ordering it from a parts distributor. You will not find a better person to service your appliances. As a business owner, Adam takes pride in the quality of work that he performs and it shows. Great job Adam!
