AAA Exterminating

This is the 3rd time I've had a yellow-jacket infestation in ten years, and the third time I've called Jim. He is unbelievably prompt and professional. He guarantees his work for the season, and his prices cannot be beat. Honestly, I can't understand why anyone would hire the competition.

Jim was prompt, courteous and professional. He removed the bees and nests from both properties. The price was reasonable and cleaned up all debris. He is now our go to exterminator. Thank you Jim😁

Noticed the yellow jacket activity on side of my house. They were entering and leaving thru the hole in my siding where the electric supply comes in. I tried dealing with it myself using wasp spray from the big box store down the street, but the nest was too well protected under the vinyl siding. Decided I needed a professional. Saw an ad from AAA exterminating in the local weekly tabloid, and when I researched on the Internet, saw they were an Angies List Vendor. I called the number last night at 8pm, expecting to make an appointment for sometime next week. Jim offered to come out right away. So 35 minutes later, he rang my doorbell. I showed him the location of the nest. Since it was after dark there was very little activity, The wasps were all sound asleep in their cozy nest. Jim went and got his bee suit and went to work. 15 minutes later, all those sleeping wasps with their babies and eggs were DEAD or dying. I checked the area this morning, No activity, just a few bodies on the ground. In a few days, i will plug up the hole with the electrician's putty that I had bought for the purpose a few years ago and never got around to using. This way I will not get another colony moving in. Very pleased with Jim's responsiveness, professionalism and price. Also think he's a really nice guy. Will definitely call on him again if the need arises. And the bugs are DEAD.

Very nice and professional. Did not rush through job. Jim was very patient in answering the hundreds of questions by my kids. I am very impressed with the long warranty of the spraying (until the first day of next spring).

I paid $249, plus tax, and the treatment is guaranteed for all of 2016. I came home from work and my kitchen counters and floor were crawling with at least 100 carpenter ants. I started calling exterminators from Angie's list around 7pm. By 8pm, Jim had agreed to come the next day, which was the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. He said everything would be dead within 48 hours. Saturday afternoon (of Memorial Day weekend), I called to say that a couple were still crawling around and could he put me on the list for as early on Tuesday as possible for a second treatment. Instead he was there within the hour! And that was Saturday of the long weekend. I just saw a few more crawling on the counter this morning (6/15). I called him and he's coming at 6pm tonight. He could not be more accommodating or professional. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Excellent experience in every way. He came the next day after I called him. And offered to return earlier (without additonal charge)if there were new problems. He was extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. And his price were very reasonable.

They usually have a good price. They are very friendly. He always shows up when he says he is going to show up. He never tried to sell me a big contract or anything. Some of the places that I have had come in, they are charging some really expensive costs and they would want a contract or something like that. He just charges the price and that's what it is and then it is guaranteed for a certain period of time. We find his prices to be competitive and he has always been successful in what we wanted him to get rid of. The quality of work was very good. I never had any complaints. I would rate him highly. I have used him multiple times because we had had some bad experiences over here.

I REALIZED I HAD A MOUSE IN THE HOUSE SO I CALLED HIM AND HE SET ALL THE TRAPS IN THE HOUSE. IT TOOK A LONG TIME, BUT WE CAUGHT THE MOUSE. HE TRIED A LOT OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF TRAPS. WHEN WE CAUGHT THE MOUSE, I CALLED HIM AND HE CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AT SIX IN THE MORNING.
