Description of Work: Removed a large area of mulch from the back yard (previous owner had a playground). Leveled out the yard after the mulch was removed and prepped it for grass seed and then seeded and put down straw. Cut up and stacked firewood from a fallen oak tree laying on the ground and removed unusable parts. Cut away brush in the wooded area behind my house to make a trail for me to wheelbarrow my leaves and compost back there. then spread out the mulch he had removed to make a nice path in the new trail.

Description of Work: We have been using TJ Parry Construction LLC for years. Owned and operated by Tom Parry. He services the entire capital district in NY. Some of the jobs T J Parry Construction LLC has completed on our farm are, installation of complete septic system and leach field, carpentry, installed under drain to improve service to our bale fields, preformed extensive excavation to repair our lane ways and drainage ditches, extensive tree removal and land clearing to clean and maintain hedge rows, repaired and restored exterior brick chimney, he has repaired and restored plaster walls on the interior of or home, buried service lines from electric pole to house and we had a complete barn moved in 2011 & T J Parry construction completed all of the site excavation, survey work, poured floor of new foundation which includes radiant heat, sub-contracted pouring of foundation, and has completed extensive drainage work and landscape excavation on barn site. After the barn was moved Tom put wooden siding on the barn, installed all of the windows and doors and trimmed out the entire barn We have been extremely satisfied with Tom Parry, owner and operator, in all aspects of completed and in-progress construction, including but not limited to the following areas: Craftsmanship: a great deal of care and craftsmanship goes into every job big or small, using only the highest quality materials with an exceptional attention to every detail. Safety and Site Management: Tom Parry, his employees and subcontractors, stringently follow all safety procedures and all work sites are clean, organized and well managed and maintained. Administration and billing: An enormous amount of time and preparation goes into every quote, bill, and plan. Tom Parry keeps excellent records, bills at regular intervals, is easy to talk to, timely in his response and keeps the customer well informed and involved in all aspects of a job. Work ethic: Tom Parry has a strong work ethic and is here and present daily on all job sites, meets deadlines, has great time management and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, has a personal as well as professional interest in all projects completed, and finishes all jobs with great care and dedication. Rules and regulations: Tom Parry is aware and current with all laws and regulations concerning construction and excavation and has adhered to strict regulations on all of our job sites.
