oriental rug cleaning
+ -1 moreIt is expensive. Oriental rugs require extreme attention. They are top of the line. It was a big rug. Probably high. I guess. I never went to another place. Who knows if they are high. Top of the line quality. They are very responsive, excellent.
Description of Work: They come to your house, and take your carpet out. They come to your house, they roll the rug up, and take it out to the factory. They have a special process to clean it, which is different with people coming with machines. Then they return it to you.

oriental rug cleaning
+ -1 moreThey picked them up an delivered them at no additional cost. They had a very good price. Their customer service was excellent. They returned the rugs to us looking as good as new, you would never be able to notice the repairs.
Description of Work: In the past we had purchased oriental rugs from them. We needed to have the rugs cleaned and repaired due to moth damage. There were 5 rugs total and the pads. The washed them, put a moth repellent on, they also replaced an entire side of fringes because it had been damaged.
