The guy who came to estimate and later to perform the service (Eric) was very good and clearly knowledgable. His uncle, who quoted me the price, was a little hard to get hold of. His phone was turned off, and then he scheduled the work, but his nephew couldn't do it that day. But that never got communicated to me, so I was waiting for the worker to show up. And then I couldn no longer leave messages on the guy's machine. And it was his home telephone machine, not a business line. When I finally got Eric's cell phone and was able to arrange the work, Eric showed up on time, completed the job, and was entirely professional. I'm hoping I caught the uncle on a summer vacation/bad week. The price was competitive, but not the cheapest price I received, but the tile work was stellar. Eric also was honest and fair, and when he saw that the work took less time than he expected, he cut down the rate to give me a break. Overall, I'd use them again, but I'd get in touch directly with the worker.

They were very prompt in their return call and the estimate was within reason. I would recommend this company to others and will allow them to bid in the future. I appreciate it that they returned my call in a timely fashion.

This is a family-owned business and everyone I dealt with was a normal, straight-shooting person. They did what they promised in the time frame discussed. The work turned out well. They were in and out in only a couple of days. Instead of wonder-board they put down another plastic-like material. Floor is level and clean.

Was a fine experience. Once we got in touch, the work went quicker then expected, and the job was fit in earlier than first indication. There was a little delay in getting in touch at the start, but it was worth it. We're very happy.

We were in a bit of a panic. Our shower started leaking into the downstairs neighbor's so we needed a very quick response. We called and they came out the same day for an estimate. The estiamte was fair and we agreed to have the work done the next day. I called the next day to confirm when they were coming and they asked if they could do the work the following day. I explained that we couldn't wait as we weren't able to use the shower until it was repaired. They agreed to come and showed up that afternoon. Part way through the job he left to go to get a different tool. While out he received a traffic ticket but still came back in the early evening to finish the job. I was very grateful that once he committed to it, he saw the job through. The work was completed and well done. Our downstairs neightbor is just as happy with them as I was.

It took two days to finish the jobs, and I am happy with the outcome.

Overall: excellent. John is professional, responsive and easy to work with. We are very pleased with the outcome.

He and his crew is very professional, they clean up well. They showed up and finished on time. I am actually going to hire him again to do some more work.

I left a message and they called back a few days later. I returned the call and never heard back. Got that feeling as they use a home phone I believe as it won't accept private calls. And, if your in biz you should not have a call screen on, that's unacceptable if you want biz.

This project went well. Marinaccio did an excellent job at a great price. I had one estimate for double what they charged, and one triple. I didn't feel there was a sacrifice in quality either!
