Description of Work: Refused to fixed a leaking from bathroom, refused to fix the damages from a leaking on exterior doors and refused to repair the drywall excessive cracks from poor installation.

Description of Work: After hearing about them through our Realtor, then again through a neighbor, we felt comfortable knowing the company had a good reputation., and they did deliver.We called and had a very personable person answer the phone, and within a day I was able to get a meeting with the Contractor and their Architect. The meeting was, very organized and informative explaining the entire remodeling project to us from the beginning.. After hiring CCI, We pretty much did work on every room in the house and his staff were courteous, clean, and did a great quality job. He said it would be a three month long project and it was. no surprises, and and his staff was there every day. I was very impressed when I called for help one evening for a neighbor who was experiencing a flooring problem in their basement. I asked if he had the name of someone who could help right away, so he came out himself with pumps to offer a helping hand. I'm now planning phase 2 our Kitchen renovation with CCI.

Description of Work: No showed twice, we had to call them to re-schedule. Finally got an estimate about 5 weeks after he showed up for the walk through. Did not end up using them as a result of their neglect for any sort of customer service.

Description of Work: We used Carroe Construction Inc. to remodel the top floor of our split level home, that included raising the roof, adding a master bedroom suite complete with master bath with jacuzzi, full laundry, dressing and entertainment area. The job included plumbing, electric, flooring, tile, windows and doors, and air/heat installation, painting and more. The general contractor coordinated all efforts daily and the staff was efficient, polite and took every measure to ensure our comfort including moving materials through a window rather than trespassing through our home. The workmanship was excellent and we're thrilled with our master suite that is the envy of all who see it.
