Description of Work: They called to confirm appointment two days ahead, then showed up promptly at the earliest part of the 2-hour window. Polite, professional and VERY strong, the two gentlemen made quick work of removing some very heavy items from my home. This included an old cast iron bath tub and a freezer from my bedroom, plus some assorted items, old tv's etc.

Description of Work: I had a basketball hoop/backstop with a pole completely filled with concrete. There was also a huge concrete ball at the bottom, where it had been sunk into the ground. It was uprooted during Sandy, and we could not take it apart or lift it to get it to the street. Junkluggers made one trip over with only one VERY STRONG man. He was kind and polite and offered to haul away more, as his truck wasn't full, but I was more than happy to just get rid of the basketball setup. Very good experience. Definitely recommend.

Description of Work: they removed a trampoline and a pond bridge that was damaged during Hurricane Sandy.I had placed my work order with Junkluggers back in October, however with the tremendous amount of snow and ice the removal could not be done until last weekend, March 18. Scott from Junkluggers kept in touch with me to see when my yard was ready for the removal. When he finally came the work was done in a quick and efficient way. What an excellent company.

After making an appointment online, we received a call to confirm, and then another call the day of the estimate when they were on the way. Upon arrival, the crew was polite and professional, and we walked the house and had an estimate within 10 minutes. After agreeing to the price, the rooms were emptied swiftly with no damage or mess. I would use Junkluggers again without hesitation.
