I’d call Joe on a Sunday afternoon because my cesspool was filling up and almost overflowing because it wasn’t an emergency I knew I could wait a day or two more but I just wanted to get somebody on the phone to set up an appointment. Joe answered on a Sunday immediately and set me up for the next day service, he arrived on time was friendly, well presented and all around great person to work with! I highly recommend Joe for his knowledge and skill at what he does! I’ll definitely be recommending him to everybody who asked for a cesspool and septic tank need! It went Excellent. Troy and Mike came and checked out my issue on short notice. The knew how to fix my drainage issue. The got to work immediately and took care of my FULL cesspool issue. It was affordable and the guys were as nice and as informative as could be. They explained every question I had for them and fixed my problem. I will be using Honest Cespool Company from now on. Not only did they do a very good job, they came on a Saturday night on short notice. My cesspool is working very good again and I can’t thank them enough. I would absolutely recommend them. And here’s a tip from me….. “beware of fraudulent ads you see in our local newspapers that get delivered to our mailbox” they are bs and do not honor the prices they say in the ad. This place came took care of business and charged me exactly what they quoted me. And it was very reasonable. You will not be disappointed.

Troy and Mike were terrific. You can not go wrong hiring Honest Cesspool. My saga started with a clogged cesspool pipe and full cesspool on a Friday afternoon. They arrived at 5:00 pm, cleared the pipe, having to go back and forth 3 times. They noticed inconsistent flow, so suggested using camera to see quality of pipe. Ends up I had an old orangeburg pipe that had visible issues. They then came back and replaced pipe. They work non stop and cleaned up after. I will definitely use and recommend Honest Cesspool.
