From start to finish, Honest Cesspools exceeded our expectations! We were faced with an emergency situation when water was spraying from a pipe and filling our basement. Joe came over immediately to help us identify the problem and how we could best remedy. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to determine that the leak was caused from a blockage in our main line. With the help of Troy, they were able to access the location of the blockage without any damage to neighboring pipes and remove the blockage completely. They were beyond courteous and very knowledgeable. We are new to septic systems (our previous home had a sewer system) and they took the time to educate us on how our system was set up and where on our property parts of the system were located. They informed us on what to expect with maintenance in the future, as well. Their price was fair and their work truly exceeded our expectations. We feel so relieved to have found a company that we know we can call in the future, should we have any septic and/or plumbing issues. I highly recommend Honest Cesspools.

Overall, I had a great experience. They were able to come out on short notice and also showed me some quick tips to keep the septic tank clean during regular maintenance.

The Honest cesspool company did a great job they arrived quickly and were very professional and got the job done.

Joe came in asked my boys where the tanks were. My boys said he went over poked once and dug up only what he needed then cleaned and treated the tank. They tested everything afterwards all was good. When I got home my yard was clean and covered where he dug nicely. I thought no work got done! Very professional my family will be calling him back for sure definitely recommend.
