Tom came to give estimate and arrived two days later as agreed to do job. Very friendly and professional. Both he and Lou did a great job, they worked quick and neatly as well as explained how to operate the tub Thank You for a job well done

It was great. They did all the work (but have to come back to check on a wire that was accidentally disconnected and to take out the other half of the alarm that they disconnected and removed last time). They were professional and did a wonderful job. I am going to have them come back to do some more work shortly.

Pete and Tom arrived promptly both days. On the first day, they disconnected & removed the wiring to my dryer and installed a new 30 Amp dryer plug cord. They also replaced an outlet outside with a new weather proof box & cover with GIF. I asked to have the electric panel checked as a friend used the same a/c installer that I did and had a major problem with her panel box. When Pete checked the box he identified that the panel was overloaded with 2 wires under the breakers. There were also loose connections. I told him to replace the box. He then checked the outside electrical supply and said that eventually it would have to be replaced because it was starting to show the beginnings of disintegration and water could start coming down and into the box. I told him that since it was 43 years old, he should replace it all. He and Tom came back the next day and disconnected & removed all wiring to the panel & supplied and installed a new 150 Amp panel, rewired all circuits to the new panel with all new circuit breakers and labeled all breakers. They disconnected & removed the outside electrical service supply & installed a new meter pan with PVC pipe and service wire as needed. The job also includs a NYS inspection. Pete and Tom were polite, courteous add very professional and took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood what was needed and what they were doing. They cleaned up the areas, both inside the house and outside. Pete said I will be contacted by the state inspector when he is in the area. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend this company. I will definitely use them in the future.

They were on time, reasonably priced, very neat, professional communication & service. Never go with others if they are available from experience.

Tom was always prompt, courteous and professional. He explained exactly what needed to be done and why, gave me accurate estimates before doing the job and left no mess after completion. I would use him again without question and would recommend him highly.

I was very satisfied with their service. They were able to identify the problem very quickly and they didn't try to sell me anything. They were neat and they gave me a great price. This was the first time I had used their service. Scheduling was easy and they were quick to respond, they called me back the same day.

They came recommended. They are reliable and they do a good job. I have no problems with scheduling and they are always very professional. The owner sometimes comes out to do the work.

They were terrific. I am very satsfied with them. I have been using them for the past year. I like that I feel I can trust them in my home without me being there. They are very personable and they really care about what they are doing. They make sure they are doing it the right way every time.

Tim performed all of the work in a professional manner. The job was completed as promised in one day and for the price agreed upon. The price did not include "mapping" the new box to identify each circuit breaker. We have to do that ourselves but we were told this ahead of time. We would call Tim again without hesitation for future electrical repairs, big or small.

Unfortunately needed service before the actual date we discussed. This was my error and they were gracious and understanding. Sounds like a company I would call again.

I first spoke with Toms wife Teresa. She was so sweet and promised to have Tom get back to me. He did so right away. Tom made time for us right away as I was having a washer dryer delivered and wanted new circuits just for them put in. He arrived promptly and I found Tom to work professionally and with pride in his work. We were delighted with Tom and his work and will be calling on him again as we need more work done and I would have no one but Tom for TFC Electric do work for us from now on. Not only does he do excellent work but he provides quality work for a fair price.

Called the office at 5pm Theresa told me they would be at my house in a hour and half they were there in an hour. I first thought that I blew the main breaker that's why I called. Tommy and Pete did not hesitate to look into the situation and immediately corrected the problem. They then installed a new line to the electrical panel also installing an outside box, switch and receptacle. Tommy and Pete asked how everything was with the prior work that they did i wasn't going to bring anything up they asked me so i told them i was not happy with the performance of the heater they installed several weeks ago. Tommy did not hesitate to look into the problem, did not question anything or make excuses just made an evaluation and is correcting it. They are totally professionals and will keep using TFC Electric in the future. Oh!! Have to give props to Theresa she is also professional and courteous. THANKS AGAIN....

Gave us an estimated time of 12:30pm to do job and was 20 minutes early. So clean, no mess. I would definitely use this company and request Pete to do any additional electrical work when needed. Thank you Angie for your help in finding TFC and Pete. Diann Zummo

Best thing I ever got from the plane book! Tommy was on time, worked with me and my budget. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves, very attentive. Clear, Responsive, highly recommend.

I called TFC about having some work done on my house. Tommy, the owner, came over the next day and walked around my property with me as I showed him what had to be done. Several days later he sent me a price via email as per my request. He listed each job and the final price for materials and labor. We arranged for a date for him to do the work. The night before he confirmed for the next day during the afternoon. Before he came over he called and said he was on his way. He showed up on time. He and his assistant, Pete, worked several hours and performed all the work according to our agreement. They even installed an extra outlet in my basement and fixed an electric fountain in my backyard at no charge. They did a very professional job

He and his crew did a fantastic job with the electric and was very fairly priced! I can not recommend TFC Electric enough.

I woke up to a loss of power in the house and had to scramble to find an electrician. My call was answered promptly and he was there that morning. Very polite, friendly and knowledgable, able to explain problem and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Thomas responded promptly to an emergency call from us at 9pm on a Sunday night about intermittent electrical outages. Thoroughly inspected outside line, plus inside panels, and found long-term water damage. He quickly and accurately assessed the problem, and provided a detailed estimate, which we accepted. He explained everything that he would be doing in understandable terms. He returned at 8am the next morning to begin work. He arranged for Long Island Power Authority workers to install new line from pole to house, which happened promptly that morning. Thomas and his assistant professionally installed all new 200-Amp and 100-Amp panels, and left the area clean of debris. We were only temporarily inconvenienced by the lack of power. Overall, Thomas gave us piece of mind and high-quality workmanship. After his inspection, the Underwriter inspector gave all Thomas's work a thumbs-up.
