Came right on time and went through the whole process with me. My dining room was flooded from a burst pipe. They took care of everything and were friendly and efficient. I was very upset and nervous and they made me feel very comfortable. When they were done it was like nothing ever happened. I thought it was a little expensive, but they had to charge for moving all the furniture back and forth, and for the machine use for three days. I was physically not able to move anything, so I was glad they were able to do it.

After Getting a reasonable estimate over the phone for having our carpets cleaned, and being very specific about the products and service I wanted performed, I hired Pro Serve to clean our carpets. The person who came showed up on time and was polite. He also did a very good job with our carpets. They look like new. However I was told they would be dry within 2 hours and it's 9 hours later and they are still soaking wet and we have furniture all over the place waiting to be able to put it all back on dry carpet. Now the negative part: The price I was quoted on the phone was completely off. I was told that the 2 bedrooms, stairs and hallway would be $69 and $1.00 per Sq Ft for the area rugs. That price only includes 10 steps and a certain Sq Footage. I was never asked for that information on the phone. The price he gave for the area rugs was correct. I had been very specific when I got the quote about having pet stains and needing a deep cleaning and was still given the price of $69. That price covers a basic steam clean, which is not what I wanted. The total price I ended up paying for the services that I wanted was $588. While I am happy that my rugs are clean, this is not what I expected, nor planned for. The really interesting part . Even though the work order has Credit Card info on it, they do not take credit cards. That isn't that big a deal, right? But if you pay by check, you have to pay them a $6.00 service fee, because "That's what the bank charges us to cash the check". The service person actually told me he'd wait while I ran to the bank and got cash. He said if I paid cash, there would be no tax. I am not in the habit of paying cash for these kinds of services, so I opted to write a check. I was lucky enough to have an account at one of the few banks they don't charge a fee for. The service person (Dom) had me make the check out to him personally and told me he goes to the bank right after he completes each job to cash the check. When I called to speak to an owner about this shady practice I was told that "The owners don't speak to customers". I would never do business with this company again, based on the incorrect quote, and the shadiness of the payment. I don't think that what they are doing is legal, and plan to investigate this further.

I could not be more pleased with Pro Serve Carpet Cleaning. After our basement flooded, the carpet did dry out, but was musty smelling, I thought we would have to get rid of it. They came in and did a special cleaning and saved the rug. I highly recommend them.

I was satisfied. They are reliable and the gentleman was funny. They gave me some helpful hints for keeping the carpet clean in the future. He was very honest, he told us what would come off and what would not. He did an excellent job because everything come off.

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY DID A THOROUGH JOB OF CLEANING MY CARPETS. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WAY PRO SERVE RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY. THE REPRESENTATIVE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE PROFESSIONAL.

THIS COMPANY DID A WONDERFUL JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS. WHEN THEY CLEANED THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK IN ITS CORRECT PLACE. MY CARPETS LOOKED GREAT FOR MONTHS.
