Description of Work: I initially met Carolyn Ward, a real estate agent representing Leesa Byrnes Realty, at an open house of one of her properties in Lake Ronkonkama. Both my sister and I were immediately impressed by her warmth, in depth answers to our questions, and suggestions as to enhancements that could be made to the property. Carolyn kept in touch with me via email and after confirming that I did not have an exclusive arrangement with another realtor, we refined my specific wish list and budget and she proceeded to send me spot on properties. She is dependable, punctual, informative and not pushy or brash at all. Simply a pleasure to work with. We've come close on a few prospects and Carolyn has the patience of Job because I am being very particular about this decision. When I spot houses for sale on my own and contact Carolyn to get more information or set up a viewing she follows up immediately.
