Rich Morton is the owner and expert provider of services behind Elegant Exteriors. His work and attention to detail are unbelievably good! Rich is a craftsman who goes the extra mile to insure his clients are more than satisfied. This was the second major home renovation Rich did for us and it is just a pleasure because he treated our project as if he were working on his own home! He really takes pride in his work and we couuln't be happier with the results! Pricing was more than fair and Rich made sure all of our concerns were met before he considered the project completed. His combination of skill and customer service is hard to find today.

Rich is extremely punctual and responsive. We have had him do many jobs over the years such as replace our gutters, roof and install vinyl siding. His work is exceptional. We have had people stop at our house and ask us who did the job. We highly recommend him due to his work ethic and professional demeanor.

Rich provided us with an estimate and performed all the tasks he was contracted to do. He arrived at the earliest anticipated date and is a gentleman that works clean. We especially appreciated his responsiveness as he seems to genuinely care about making sure you're satisfied. Our job required him to resize window openings and relocate two windows. Since we were doing some of the work ourselves he was receptive to specific requests we had when it came to installation. After his work was completed we had some small issues arise and Rich has taken care of all of them. One phone call and without even calling back he showed up and fixed a minor issue, leaving a brief note on his business card. We appreciated him taking pride in his craftsmanship. We had some damage done by the storm and will be calling him to come and fix it.

I haven't agreed to hire him just yet, but he is in the mix of companies I'm considering. He is near the top of the list, the only thing holding me back is that his price was a little high, but I know it's high because he's a perfectionist and refuses to use anything but quality materials.

Richard Morton, the owner of Elegant Exteriors, is a true find. He does not contract his work out. He is professional, punctual and courteous. There is nothing to clean up when Rich leaves, and garden plants and shrubs are left unscathed. His products are top of the line. He took a gable vent and transformed it into a beautiful window that allows light as well as air into the room. He also finished the inside and outside with molding. (I was told by a window company that this could not be done!) RICH CAN DO IT, AND CAN DO IT WELL ! I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional job at a fair and reasonable price.
