Description of Work: I had purchased a new bathroom faucet that I needed to have installed. They came earlier than they had said they would. They actually called me on a Saturday morning to say that they had an opening if I wanted it and someone came immediately. The young man who came was very professional. He explained that he wanted to switch out the pipes as they were old (it made sense). He did a great job, very clean and was very quick. I was not charged the Saturday rate since they offered me the appointment. The charge was as expected for the most part, however I was a little surprised that it was around $25 for two 12" pieces of flexible pipe. All in all I was completely satisfied and I would call the again.

Description of Work: I called to schedule a time for a line clean out. The sewer line was backed up and needed to be cleared because sewer water and materials were coming up through the drains. This was an emergency dispatch which was called in early in the morning. Was told that someone would be out there in the afternoon. No call no show. Around 4:40 pm I called back and they said that they were busy and that they could schedule for tomorrow afternoon. I told them it would have been nice to get a phone call that no one was coming do I could make other arrangements. They couldn't care less. I told them to forget it. I had to call someone else, after hours, to clear out the drain. So because of their negligence the after hours bill was over $850 for a $200 job. Thanks Tom Sutton! Incompetent and unprofessional.

Description of Work: I have used them for years. They are completely reliable and none of their work needs repeating. Last time they installed an indirect hot water heater. Went well but the plumber took it upon himself to make changes in plumbing so price was higher then anticipated. They are very good but also quite expensive.

Description of Work: We previously got a new electrical panel installed by Tom Sutton's group and a breaker shut off and I could not get it to reset. Mike tried talking me thru it over the phone but I still could not reset it so he came right over and went thru resetting the breakers with me. We are so pleased with the service we get that we will not ever consider using anyone else for our electrical and plumbing needs.

Description of Work: They overcharged and I had to ask Angie to intervene. The work was good but they came late one time and cancelled the first morning taking another job. I took the day off from work to be home for them.

Description of Work: Had just bought a house and needed to take out a tub, put the toilet there, and close off the old toilet plumbing Sink and shower plumbing stayed. A small job. They came out, saw it was a small job, said he'd send an estimate. They did a week later for over $4,000. Had the work performed for about $400. Took the plumber and his helper about 3 hrs to do the work. If you do not want to do small jobs, just say so.

Description of Work: Tom repaired a leak in the drain line in our kitchen sink which had a big crack in it. He also at my request, put in a metal tubing to vent the dryer from the utility room to the vent going outside. His labor was $190.00 and the total was 232.47, which I thought was reasonable and well done.

Description of Work: This company came to fix the botch job another company had done on my outdoor electrical.

Description of Work: hard-wired 7 fixtures - lights and fans, installed high-end kitchen hood & vented same, installed appliances, wall switches and removed some improper DIY wiring and outlets; checked and labeled circuit breakers, etc. work was indoor and outdoor.

Description of Work: Tom Sutton Electrical Plumbing & Heating Company has done a few jobs for me in the past. I had them out last in January to have an old microwave replaced in my kitchen. I had purchased the microwave elsewhere. I also have had them fix some switch problems in the past.

Description of Work: I needed a non-grounded outlet replaced with a grounded one in my garage.

Description of Work: Installed two valves in shower.
