Steven jumped right in at 7am on a Thursday morning and knocked out my custom component for a robotics project I'm working on. I've been in engineering for 15-20 years and I was in awe at his technical proficiency. SCP is an incredible resource to have here locally. Looking forward to working with them again soon.

The owner of the company, Steve, came out personally for the consult/estimate. I had a written invoice the same night with a digital design. Steve answered my questions and provided knowledgeable information to guide me in the design process. Once I decided to go with his company, Steve got right to work and kept me apprised of the status every step of the way. On installation day, two workers arrived at my home. Both were extremely personable and a pleasure to have in my home. Steve also came for the actual installation. They were meticulous about every detail and left no trace of their being there except for the beautiful railings. I am very particular and was extremely nervous that the railings would not meet my expectations. However, the finished product was exactly what I had envisioned and exceeded my expectations. I am hopeful to work with Steve again in the near on another project.

I needed a piece welded for an emergency repair. I Dropped it off at SCP at 3:30pm explained my situation and Steven had it ready for me by 8:30am the next day .

I cannot say enough good things about Steve & his team. They did a phenomenal job on our sign, Lone Wolf in Kingston, NY. We sought them out on a whim and they were not only responsive but Steve personally worked on the project to ensure it was perfect. They did a few other small projects for our draft system without issue and were terrific in making recommendations on how best to utilize the pieces we requested.

Steve and his team are incredible! They essentially rescued my beloved 30+ year snow blower from permanent retirement by performing some essential metal repair. I inherited the machine 23 years ago and it is now as structurally sound as it was back then. The workmanship was professionally thought out and executed not to mention the quick turn around time. I would recommend SCP Metal Fab to anyone that expects perfection with their project.

It is a pleasure to work with Steve. He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, a good communicator and a talented artist/craftsman. He has done a series of projects for us. Everyone of them turned out beautifully. He is creative, hardworking and more than fair. Recently he did a complicated custom job for me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He is the best!

Steven at SCP Metal Fabrication came highly recommended to me by the Town of Esopus building inspector - that was my first green flag. The entire transaction was a DREAM. He was extremely responsive, answered all of my questions, gave project updates (without me even having to ask) and completed the project sooner than originally quoted. His work is even more beautiful in person than it is in his pictures. He is a true craftsman who clearly works hard and is proud of the final product. I was assisting a neighbor and friend who needed a railing installed on their porch as soon as possible. Steve at SCP was very responsive to my Emails and phone calls. The Vale Fox Distillery reached out to Steve to repair a bent rake arm in our 2500 liter mash tun, which to be honest brought our distilling operations to a complete stop (a very costly condition for us). Steve got back to us very quickly and arranged to stop by our location to assess the situation, upon arrival he not only assured the owner the job was well within the scope of SCP Metal Fabrications' capability, but he also assisted in removing it and took it with him that very day! Steve kept us up to date on the status of our arm (video) and repaired it to like new condition. As a retired mechanical engineer (now a distiller) I've seen my fair share of mediocre welding repairs, Steve and his crew not only met our expectations, they exceeded them and got us back in business.
