+ -1 moreHi, I've used Joe multiple times in the past. Was always great. He installed a well pump for me a year and a half ago. The pump just gave out. He told me to call another place as he was on vacation, so I did and they got it working temporarily but they said I should call Joe back and see if he would take a look since he did the initial install. I called him back and left multiple voicemails but he won't return my phone calls. I wasn't confrontational in any way, but he knows it's not working and is not willing to come out and take a look at the install that he did. This is not ok as he's running a business. I would not use him again.
Description of Work: Joe installed a well pump for me.
