We had much interest generated and many showings with much interest. Franco's card says 'Passionate about Real Estate', which is true for him.  He would easily contact the sellers realtor for any house, to see if it was still for sale, and to arrange an immediate showing if possible.  Franco's electronic skills also made it easy for him to find houses, and to help us quickly get through making an offer and getting the Mortgage Pre Qualification letter distributed.  Franco tracked our progress through the home buying process, and let us know if there were things we had missed.  He was instrumental in negotiating a price adjustment after the home inspection revealed a few concerns.  He is easy to talk with, and he has become a friend.
